A Disappointing Experience with "Kay" (Formerly "Kaylee")

If you're considering booking an appointment with "Kay," proceed with caution. I entered the session hopeful, but what unfolded was a series of baffling, disrespectful actions that left me both stunned and disappointed.

Kay, a petite Korean woman who appears 30-32 due to obvious cosmetic work, is, in fact, closer to 34-36. The moment I stepped in, I was met with impatience. Despite booking a 30-minute session, she declared time was up after 15 minutes. A fake timer on her phone was used as justification, but little did she know, I had started my own time in my watch before entering the room. The deception was blatant, leaving me feeling cheated and bewildered.

The rudeness was relentless—she didn’t just hurry me; she stripped away any sense of relaxation or peace. At one point, she removed the towels from the bathroom while I was showering, all because I exceeded a minute. The intrusion, paired with the brusque demand for me to leave, made it clear: respect was not on the menu.

Hygiene was another issue; there was an unpleasant scent that suggested a lack of post-lunch personal care, which further contributed to an overall negative experience.

This experience wasn’t just subpar; it was a waste of time, money, and trust. I left feeling disrespected, rushed, and astounded by the lack of professionalism. Proceed with this knowledge and consider it a warning. This encounter was a reminder to be wary - sometimes, a name change doesn’t erase the issues.

I’m a regular customer of rose castle but my last experience with Emma was so awful. I paid for 30 minutes and extra $30 but didn’t enjoyed anything as she was pushing me away and started shouting when I asked her to take it easy with me. When her colleagues come over they did not asked my side of the story and started abusing me verbally. This place is not like before and it’s so regrettable😔

I've been a regular at Rose Castle for quite some time now. The ladies and managers are very friendly and welcoming.
Anna, Helena, Katie and Megan to name a few, give an amazing experience. A big thankyou to Anna and Megan for last Friday's mind blowing 90 minute double, I will most definitely be having another double with these two.
I always have a fantastic time with the amazing Helena and Anna, whom I see on a regular basis.
I highly recommended Rose Castle for some amazing fun times.

Absolute disgusting, as i has enquired about a staff on duty earlier in the day. Was told to call back after a few hours, upon call back got hang up on and then called again, same happened. What is rong with the people.Cheers!!not recommending any of my friends. thanks
