Do not come here came in today to get my nails fixed as I got them Monday and they are peeling as shown in the pictures they said the lady that does gel x isn’t here, I said that’s fine I just need the paint fixed I then asked if it was going to cost and they said if I didn’t want to get the same color then it would cost me, why would I have to pay again when you need to fix your mistake! Your running a business this is how you loose customers the paint shouldn’t be completely peeling off after a few days and instead of simply fixing the situation you want to argue, worse nail place I’ve been to paid $80 for these nails!

In response to the owner no I won’t be removing my review at all you clearly don’t know how to run a business you applied to many coats of the gel x stuff and made it so thick no wonder all the paint peeled off after a week! There for when a customer comes back because your bad job made all the paint peel off it’s not my doing, you fix it doesn’t matter if I was asking for a different PAINT color your acting like you can’t pay your rent and employees over a $15 nail change ? next time rectify the situation do the right thing and you would have a future customer now you have lost me plus the others that will see this have a good day 🙂

I've been doing my nails at Mt Druitt for so long but ever since i was recommended to come here i've been so happy with the quality, price and service!! no more wonky nails or broken nails after a week or colour coming off. i would definitely recommend to anyone in the area

Very poor quality and service 🙁
I went to your salon on 8/9 and my first nail peeled off on 9/9 !!!!!!! and my wedding was on 10/9, so I can't imagine how shellac peels off after only one or two days !!!!!! and please don't blame it on the product ! Because obviously that was the lady who did my nails mistake as I've noticed that day the shellac was really thin on my nails so asked her to add a third coat and she refused !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I took couple of photos on 11/9 just to show you how bad it looks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm not satisfied with your service since it was my wedding and I told the lady that and still she didn't do anything special !!! I have to hide my finger in most of the photos I have taken on my wedding day !!
And since you can't fix anything cos I'm on honeymoon now and I've tried to reach you on Facebook but I guess you blocked me coz I can't reply back nor send u messages!!!!! I need a full refund.
I didn't get the service I have paid $71 for .

The team at Rose Beaute are all lovely and their work is wonderful.
They always take their time and never rush you out the door they have a great range if colours in both SNS shellac and the salon is always spotlessly clean and inviting.
I have recommended Rose Beaute to all of my friend and family and love having my nails and waxing done at the salon.

Hands down - worst shellac I've ever had. 1 day after chipped polish off at tip of finger.. and had two tips only applied, which they glued to my fingers (then said come back in a couple of days and we'll tidy up underneath) didn't even shape my nails evenly - said two fake nails was the reason - wish I could attach photo's

the worse pedicure i’ve ever had?. my partner & myself went to get pedicures together & experienced the worse customer service ever. Paid $75 for a rushed and unpleasant experience. my shellac is so thin theirs lines on every toe nail, the dead skin on my heels are still so bad (even after i told the lady to shave) she insisted i didn’t need it, did the smallest amount and left me with patches of dead skin everywhere!
my partners feet are so bad his big toe nail was cut way too short and the dead skin lumps all around his heels are horrifying!
NEVER coming back to this place ever again.The service was so rushed even though the place was not busy at all.
The ladies all had dirty looks on them like we were peasants….

Visited today with my daughter. I got a pedicure, infills and wax and tint. The ladies were lovely and very accommodating to my 4 year old. Service was quick and great results. Very happy and will be back again

I'm absolutely obsessed with my nails that Lee did for me today. She is an asset to the company and you are very lucky to have her. She did a fabulous job and couldn't recommend her more. I have never been more happy with my nails.
