Super shady place. When I was using the spa facility one of the workers kept smoking cigarettes in the bathroom (and flushing them down the toilet!) making the whole indoor spa smell. When I finished my session I heard very aggressive and loud talk in reception area. I assumed it was an upset customer talking to an employee. On the contrary, it was the man behind the counter speaking to a young female worker also behind the counter. Further, I was explicitly told for a massage if I want a ‘western girl’ to massage me I need to pay extra money. Are the Asian girls not being paid fair Australian wage? What’s going on exactly? I do not feel good giving this business money.

Over priced.. not one explanation of how it works, staff were rude.. don’t go unless you are Korean.. felt super uncomfortable in the premises.. $179 for one hour foot massage and 20 minutes In a smelly spa… won’t be going a second time…..

I show everything to one employee who was there a but he doesn’t care and sit on chair playing with phone ?
If management will look after it , could be one of best spa in NSW

Great place. Proper lockers with contactles wristbands to open and lock. Free bottles of water in the 'snow room' and a really good steam room and sauna and showers are good. Well layed out and nice inside.

I have never had a worse massage. The place was so dirty and they gave me dirty clothes to change into. Very expensive and they do not offer spa and sauna to females it is a male only space so I had to be alone in the common room to get my massage with music blasting from upstairs and the tvs on high volume with Asian war shows
Playing. It was by far the worst massage I’ve ever had not relaxing at all and clearly a place where they are open only to launder their money. Reading the reviews and advertising you are promised a relaxing sensual experience and that is not the truth at all.
Save your money and do NOT go to this place.
