Management treats their staff terribly in front of customers. The manager was raising her voice at the staff member having a go at her about hours. The staff member was trying to talk calmly and relocate the conversation when that failed she then tried to walk away from the situation but the manager followed her around the shop and started antagonising and attempting to provoke her. When I confronted her on the way she’s treating her staff she tried to make excuses then just smiled and said “noted”. No shame or guilt for her actions. This is incredibly embarrassing on the business and uncomfortable to be around.

Stopped in for breakfast with the kids before an 8 hour drive. Was pretty good. Only thing I would recommend is more milk in the eggs and a side of avocado and cream. Otherwise great price for the amount of food.

I went in and was greeted by Kirsty, tbh though she was kinda bad till she spoke and i could just tell there was an attitude, I asked her for a simple order of 7 thick shakes and she sighed, I WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR A SIMPLE THICK SHAKE! (Incompetent staff, will not come again)

This is in regards to Deganis Yeppoon. Great Cafe but they charge an extra 2.75 to have my eggs scrambled. Every other place it's I go to it's free. No extra charge. Yeah I know get over it. But seriously why charge because I want scrambled eggs. No other Cafe charges extra.
