The front desk staff were lovely and for the price point it provided one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on. Super fresh linen and towels. Also only a short walk to a bunch of basics and places to eat which helped as I was there for a work trip.

Great value accommodation. The room was clean and plenty of space. The bed was comfy enough. Parking was great. Close to dinner and brekky options. Would stay again

Older style rooms but very clean and comfortable. Coffee pod in room. Iron and ironing board. Shower has a deep base so if travelling with small children you could use as a bath. Room has toaster and microwave. Onsite parking.!Rockhampton leagues club just around the corner. Walking distance to cafes and MacDonalds. All in all great value got money. Will certainly return.

Similar to other comments.. cheap n cheerful.. with not too much cheerful!! |Outside grubby.. noise level from the highway high!! |Missing a few basics.. ie hairdryer (prob in reception) but not just out of the shower!! Tissues |Towels thin and couple were smelly!!|Fridge totally useless!! |Shower screen just..just… workable .. ||On the bright side |Bed was comfortable.. water hot n plentiful!! ||The rating was incorrect though…it is too high.. and inaccurate!!|| For a cheap nights accommodation it is too expensive because so poorly presented! ||David

Very run down compared to the photos which must be 20 years old. Cigarette smell lingers up stairs from smokers. The rooms were not clean with dust caked on the tops of shower doors, some plates weren't cleaned properly and got bitten from bed bugs.
Did not sleep well at all, lots of noise with people coming and going all hours of the night and into early hours of morning with some of the permanent residents. There is no management that stays there during the night, I simply didn't feel safe there with my son. We had booked to stay 6 nights but left after 4, luckily found somewhere else to stay. Asked about a refund for leaving early at reception, the response was we will let the manager know and get back to you. Ok, still waiting.

Friendly staff member when checking in. Have stayed in motels all throughout australia. Value for money very poor. You can hear the neighbours in the next door rooms. Toilet running all night due to a leak. Overall poor location, very run down facilities + mould.

Bed bugs attack you!!!! Can't sleep! Permanent neighbours are very loud with there 8 babies outside. If could give 0 I would. If could put the live videos of the bed bugs crawling across the bed I would.

The hotel is across the road from the Leagues Club which is why we booked there.. The hotel room is very dated but was very clean.. The only downside of our stay which was a big one as we had our 13 yr old granddaughter with us, was how filthy the pool area was.. She wanted to swim and the BBQ area attached to the pool was terrible.. The pool and spa had calcium build up all around them.. Just a little TLC would definitely increase my rating
