As a long term stayer at the hostel I can confidently say Beth, Mike and all the housekeeping and bar staff were smiley and amazing. Customer service is the most important thing here. Well done guys on showing how a hostel should be run!

Nice clean rooms, beds with curtains, outlets for international guests and lights! Bathrooms are clean as well and Hostel has great connections to public transport and is close to greyhound busstop. Megan and Beth are lovely staff members, who really made my experience special. They helped to move my friend into my room and had great social activities planned for the evenings! Not a big party hostel but definitely social 😇 Would definitely come here again!!

Stayed here with my girlfriend whilst travelling. We were already staying in a private room but on arrival got upgraded to a suit. Convenient location and no complaints about the food. Mike and the rest of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Would recommend

Staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was great for a hostel. We were on our honeymoon and the staff gave us a $50 dollar gift card to use at the bar as a congratulatory gift which was very generous. Location is good and right near the bus station so handy for travelling. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hostel, would recommend to everyone! The rooms are spacious and clean. Location is perfect and everything is within walking distance.

Excellent Hostel, conveniently located near the greyhound bustop and Train station. The hostel is very clean, the staff are very approachable and talkative. There are social nights in the hostel bar where you can meet people. Food is of top quality from the bar too. The rooms are spacious with storage and privacy beds and en suite bathrooms.

The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable but the most important thing was the staff, especially Shirley who is organizing all the activities for the hostel, I had so much fun during social hour and city tours and the morning runs and Pilates… thanks Shirley you’re the best! Du bist die Beste! <3 ||Also I would like to mention the warm welcome of Beth, thank you for your happy attitude during my whole stay I felt very welcomed!

Love this hostel! We stayed in a private room that was spacious and clean! Great location, breakfast is fab and has lots of choices and a large kitchen area. Staff are helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend!
