Disgusting rooms and service. We had stains on the carpet, the room smelt and we had brown/red splatters in the bathroom which looked like blood. Checked out immediately and asked for a refund which they refused because the hotel manager thinks that’s clean enough. Such disappointing service and response from the hotel. Would not recommend staying here.

Great location for FIFO apartments with river views. It has an open air rooftop area with shade to have a meal while watching the sun set. There's even a woodfired pizza van that parks nearby from time to time.

Yuck 🤢

Smelt like a meth lab, no signs of cleanliness.
Shower floor was dusty with a layer of grime…

The entire apartment had a thick layer of Smokey smell to it - no matter how much air we let in, we could never get rid of it.

The entire hallway of level 8 smelt like an off onion. I don’t know whether it’s the bin shoot on a hot day or something is decaying in one of the apartments… gross.

The one elevator that services the entire 10 floors works double time, sometimes the wait was about 10 minutes just to go to the lobby.

The apartment furniture had gross stains all over everything.

I would feel embarrassed leasing such a disgrace.
Do not stay here.

We have stayed here numerous times and it was very good but this time the room was not very good, the lounge was dirty and covered in stains, the carpet was worn out looked like a dog had been sleeping on it and the balcony ceiling and walls and furniture was covered in mildew.
Very disappointed ☹️.

We stayed at the Riviera for a week while my partner worked. We had a lovely two bedroom unit. There was parking on site, and it was within walking distance to the big shopping mall and the lagoon pools. There's a nice rooftop that overlooks the river where you can have a BBQ.

Further, the customer experience was second to none. Vicki was so lovely and accommodating for the duration of our stay even bringing us up a high chair for our 8 month old.

We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend staying here.

$200 deposit just in case of “damages” taken because I, a disabled person left a bag of rubbish and a box of pizzas on the bench.

Quoted $20 for late checkout and charged $55 to my credit card.

Great walking distance to great walking areas and shops. Rooms were very clean and had all the amenities needed. The rooftop area was a nice spot to relax and unwind!

You wont need to smdrive anywhere.
