The new location is absolutely stunning, rooms fully air conditioned and no noise unlike the previous place, peaceful music in the sauna and rooms. The therapist are fantastic I feel very refreshed every time and everyone is friendly. Highly recommended.

This is a very good place the lady massage very nice and relaxing the rooms and hall way are clean and good looking after the massage they offer hot tea and water the stuff are very friendly

Terrible experience. First time gone and it turned out to be the last time. Not welcoming staff. In the 1 hour booking got the message for 50 Minutes. Staff is disrespectful and not customer service oriented. You had to ask to get the service. Spoke to the owner and he is not prepared to listen constructive feedback instead go with their staff explanation. They do not wipe the oil with warm cloth once message is done. They did not even used Hot Stone which I was booked for.

I do not recommend anyone to go here. You money will drawn the drain.

Just had the best experience with NES! Gentle and when it was time to be firm, I didn’t know how much I needed it until she worked her magic. Thank you! Could’ve gone for another 30 minutes!

Negative Review:
Had a really terrible experience from the owner/manager lady who was even shouting at us Customers.

I had booked a combo massage offer online and owner lady denied to acknowledge the booking offer.

They said the offer should not have existed and apparently due to their IT vendor system error. How would we know!

Instead of discussing that peacefully, which would have made sense to us, she plainly denied that the booking was invalid and was jumping up and down. All after 45 minutes wait beyond booking time. With no regard for Customer time.

The owner lady was so arrogant and not Customer friendly at all. Never coming back again.

I had such a lovely experience! The staff and the service were exceptional. This truly is the best place, not only are they so kind but the level of professionalism showcased was just out of this world. I left feeling as light as a feather. I would 100% recommend to all!! I will be coming again!!

Nice and friendly staff, massage was average. Note, they don't provide an invoice for online health fund claims - owner claims he has had to pay out of pocket for past online claims and as a result refuses to offer it. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this prior to arriving as their website wasn't functioning (assuming they have this on their website) and I couldn't cancel my booking because of cancellation fees.
