Was gobsmacked when I called the store this morning asking for a pool service. Was told by a very rude lady after answering the phone telling me “hold please “ no greeting at all.
After asking for a service was told to call Ian and ask him. I continued to ask who is Ian? She then said the owner.
I asked if I could leave my contact details so he can call when he’s available and she abruptly responded no call him.

Never had shocking service like this in my life.
I continued to thank her for her help and hung up!
