I travel with a spoodle dog. The pet friendly cabin was absolutely fit for purpose. I have noticed a few other comments about pet owners being treated like 2nd class citizens when comparing the pet friendly cabins to the non-pet friendly on the site. Yes, the pet friendly cabins are more Travelodge than the Ritz, but absolutely fit for purpose. Not all pet owners are as considerate as they should be and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to travel with my pet and stay in such a comfortable bed. At 82 years of age, the alternative would be sitting patiently waiting for God. I have a fat tyre etrike, and the ride to Froggy Beach was safe and enjoyable. The bike path along the beach front from Froggy beach to Coolongatta, Long Beach, Currumbin was extremely pleasurable. |Sylvia was fantastic. She is a gem. As is Wendy who took my booking. |Thank you, Sylvia and Wendy, I'll (we'll) be back.

We booked this place weeks in advance, only to be told after waiting out front for 30 minutes at check-in that our site was too small, despite having provided our caravan measurements when we booked. The lady at reception informed us that they were fully booked and couldn’t move us. After making us feel like an inconvenience for about 5 minutes, she managed to place us on a site under large gum trees, which I was not comfortable with due to the large amounts of pollen, bird droppings, and bat droppings. Since we had booked this place for three weeks, I asked if we could be moved to another site, which was denied, even though there were empty sites available. We returned to our van to find that a branch had fallen and put a hole in our new awning. As you could imagine, i was pissed! The lady at reception will not go out of her way to assist you, and if she does, she will make you feel like a massive inconvenience. She is very negative and lacks customer service skills. We ended up leaving early despite paying in advance as they do not offer refunds. The caravan park itself and location are okay.

Although the location and amenities are great, our stay was spoilt the moment we arrived by the rudest manager we have ever experienced.
Booked site 2.5mths ago, paid in full, rec'd conformation email. BUT then my c/c was charged an extra $7 the day before arriving. When I politely questioned the charge via email, was told it was balance of my deposit, I advised the park via email I already had paid in full and had conformation email stating $50p/n. They agreed to refund making the excuse it was because I booked online. On arrival was greeted with 'Who are you?'.No hello or welcome. Then was given a lecture by woman manager like I was a naughty child. That their sites are definately $57 & that's what "their systems" says. Offered to show her the confirmation email, but she wasn't interested as she knew if had been confirmed incorrectly - their fault not mine. Rambled on about that it was because we had booked online. Then finished with "hope you're good at backing because it's not an easy site" When the male manager suggested we could be move her response was "They booked online, I can't change it!"
Some people should just not be in hospitality or tourism and this female manager definitely fits this category. Will never be back and ward off this park.

We arrived to check in and the time was approx 10 mins into their lunch break. Management answered the phone & we were told that we have to come back later. The lady was quite rude and blunt. We then had to reverse the caravan back out of the driveway onto the main road and find somewhere to park for an hour.
WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE? > THERE WAS NONE.
I booked & paid for a large grass site , once we found our site, there was a big dirt patch where the annex was going.
And when we sat down to try and relax ( in between the planes which were quite regular > we did not expect or know that the park is right under the flight path for the Gold Coast airport ), our view from the door of our caravan was a dirty old dilapidated fibro shed.
After the rain, there was at least 3 inches of water in and around the van. Just about all of the grassed areas were a lake.
NOT VERY PLEASANT - VERY POOR DRAINAGE.
Yes there were nice shady trees, but also dangerous with LARGE overhanging branches.
This also puts a uncomfortable feel about the place.
There are a number of permanent sites and most of the ones we seen were very untidy giving the park a run down feel.

WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARK TO ANYONE AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER AGAIN.

The caravan park is so cramped. Small sites making manoeuvring your rig difficult. We arrived on a Sunday , no one was in attendance so they left us written instructions where our site was. Turns out they gave us the wrong instructions where we , because of their stuff up, took someone else’s space.|Not a single rubbish recycling bin. Everything goes into the red rubbish bins. Disgraceful!. Lady at front desk was extremely rude on our departure. On top of all that it’s very noisy with low flying aircraft overhead every 5 to 10 minutes. Never again!

Booked via an app. Warm reception and room was neat and tidy. Pity shower head wasted more water than I got to use. I was in first cabin so when people does not turn off their cars at gate the fumes choke you.
And again I was in nice setting but had to leave windows closed because of that and the smokers next door.
Apart from that and the ants I had a good stay

We booked 2 nights on a large site with our dogs. We had an electrical problem with our van. Sylvia and her husband not only arranged an extra night, they found someone to fix our problem. Wonderful people and a very friendly park, very clean as well.

I don't understand how this place is still operating. This place is a completely joke! I could write so many bad things about this place starting from the misleading advertisement and so on. This is not a pet friendly park. Be aware and Avoid at any cost!
