One of the very best locations to just sit, relax, and take in the sweeping views of Brisbane across the water👌

Spending an entire day here awaiting the annual Riverfire celebrations is a pleasant experience, with public amenities, shade, and dining options all within a few metres.

In Sunday's you'll also be able to relax and enjoy local live music from jazz to rock, which is definitely one of the most chilled ways to while away your Sunday afternoon🎹🎶

The fireworks spectacular makes this (to my way of thinking) the best place to enjoy the show💥

Extremely pleasant spot located on the riverbank opposite the Brisbane CBD. The best part is it’s licensed so you can have a drink while sitting in the sun. If you prefer something more civilised there’s a coupe of bars / restaurants immediately behind this location, otherwise BYO.

A walk to remember. If you really want to enjoy the awesome beauty and nature which lies here you must take ~3 KM of walk from Botanical garden and walk along the river bed, cross the maritime museum and enter the South Banks!

Ideal time is around either Sunrise or Sunset! A must watch is to see the ambience at night!

Make sure you click the sun setting down on the massive building and try and capture the brightness spread across the river water.

Nice small park right on the river. Close to restaurants with a great view at night. The Bush Stone Curlews were a lovely surprise and happy to walk around us human visitors.

Take the nice young lady that sits three desks to your left here and talk about the future. She might be more interested than you think. Don't worry about returning late to the office. The boss will know why you are late back after lunch.
