My friend and I have been having dinners near fortnightly a few times now, and the service we receive from Kaila is second to none. Always happy to help us out, bring containers to take leftovers home, or just have a little joke, apart from the meals being delicious Kaila is the reason we keep coming back 😍

We have been served by Jo on several visits now and I honestly couldn't think of a time where I've received better service - ever.

Rink 46 - Great dinner - as always. We had the roast chicken, roast pork x 2, carbonara and a rump. All came quickly, great service and great meals. Good live music. Great bar service - cold beer. Good night all round. Recommended to all.

Recently took visitors to the club for dinner. Staff were very friendly and all our meals were great. Will definitely go again.

Has the potential to be very good but atm the disconnect between servers and cooking staff is obvious.

This became obvious when providing feedback about our entree arriving at the same time as our meal and that it was disappointing to us and the response was ‘yeah I agree but last time i gave them feedback they got really angry with me’.

One of our table tried to order a late desert but the server was unsure if they could. She asked her to follow to the kitchen where they were ignored so the server said just put it through. They were putting the order in when. The server walked away and not returned.

Just awkward!

The meals themselves were quite pleasant so I hope better communication will help out.

We had our daughters wedding reception at Rink 46 in the function room. The food was amazing, the service was incredible, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was any trouble for them even with over 80 people coming at them from every direction for drinks. If there was any more than 5 stars they would be getting that 🌟

❌❌ had dinner 10/12/24 , ordered and payed for extra toppings on garlic bread , never received them , ordered the Tuesday special of battered prawns on my steak and they were still partially frozen when served . Told the staff …who didn’t really seem interisted and no apology or anything , ❌❌RINK 46 LOOK AT YYOUR STAFF ROSTER TUESDAY 10Th DEC 2024 ❌❌…Poor customer service and disappointing meals .
