Absolutely Terrible Experience – Would Never Recommend

I booked my massage appointment online several days in advance. I received confirmation via email and text, and I even called to reconfirm. When I arrived, I was treated very rudely and told my name wasn’t on their list. I showed them the confirmation email, but still had to wait over 30 minutes while the staff went upstairs and didn’t come back to update me. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to respond.

Eventually, I was taken into the massage room, which was extremely cold. The heating system wasn’t working at all. I repeatedly mentioned how cold I was and asked them to send someone to check the room, but all they did was bring in a very small heater that was completely inadequate. I ended up freezing during the entire 90-minute session and got sick afterward.

To make matters worse, there were no shower slippers provided. When I asked, I was told to walk barefoot into the shower. At the end, I was told to throw the same massage towel onto the floor and stand on it after showering because they didn’t have any mats or slippers. I honestly can’t believe that the same towel used on a client’s body would be placed on the bathroom floor, right next to the toilet. That is simply unhygienic and unacceptable.

The overall customer service was very poor, and the experience was deeply unpleasant. This was one of the worst massage sessions I’ve ever had, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I have tried 4 thai massage stores in Crows Nest and so far this shop is the best. She was professional, spot on working on your body. Highly recommend her.

One of the best massages I have had! After traveling around and staying in different places and beds/pillows my neck shoulders and back were a mess. They got me in quickly and Cami was amazing - it was a Remedial message so was not pain free lol but exactly what I needed and finally had a great nights sleep for the first time in months! Highly recommended - also very clean and comfortable environment!

Revive is the only local place I visit for a good massage to recover and relax! I've tried a few places in the area but they don't compare. It's easy to get an appointment at short notice which does not change service quality as each therapist is as good as the other. The team are welcoming and encourage communication about the pressure, focus areas, injuries, temperature etc. Revive have clean and private rooms, great tools like hot rocks, warm towels and quality oils, and recently moved to smart check in. Reasonable prices and private health insurance claims are easily processed at payment.

Whenever I visit, the lovely staff have met my requests, eased muscle stiffness and worked on the knots in a relaxing space. It is easy to talk to them about what you need and they easily adjust. I have never been disappointed when I visit and only come here since I heard about them - they came recommended by my yoga teacher. I happily share with other locals that this is the place to go should they need a massage.

Today was my first massage at Revive Massage Therapy and I must say that it was great experience. The staff were very professional and friendly and my therapist (sorry forgotten her name) was very knowledgeable in what she was doing. I’m very impressed that she applied the right amount of pressure that I would expect for a remedial massage. The room was very clean and relaxing. I will be back. I highly recommend this place to others.
