Hi! This massage was a birthday gift from my Mum and sisters.
Hayley was my massage therapist yesterday. I am so relaxed and peaceful today and had a great sleep! It was an exceptional massage, all the places in my body holding stress have been worked on and the stress dissipated. My body and muscles are happy! I highly recommend Hayley. Wonderful way to de-stress and rejuvenate your mind and body. Thank you Hayley! ?

I had a wonderful facial too with Naomi after my massage (part of birthday gift!) which was wonderful and I highly recommend this too. A lot of stress is held in face and head and the facial and head massage were amazing. I have a very relaxed happy face today. Thank you Naomi!

I’m not one for regular time spent on myself so the last facial I had was around 15 years ago. I recieved a gift certificate for Christmas so thought it was about time I spoilt myself some. The staff were absolutely amazing. I was made to feel welcome and respected. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling rejuvenated and soft. Definitely something I will be trying to make more time for in the future.

I had the HIFU treatment and it was an amazing experience! I'm seeing results just 24 hours after, everyday my face looks brighter and tighter. My first experience here was amazing. The 60 minute relaxation massage - with just the right amount of remedial where I needed it was more than I expected. Mel was kind and calm and helped me more than she knows. I am already re-booked for my next session as I need this self-care in my life. Easy to find, beautiful feel in the centre. Very happy

I had a 1 hour remedial massage by Mayumi. I have very tight muscles due to a hip problem. She identified and worked on the problem tight muscles to relax them. I've had a pain free week due to her expertise. Many thanks.
