Mediocre venue, average food, poor behaviour of staff. Other staff were good but one particular staff was unusually rude and unprofessional. We were packing up and leaving the venue and were 10mins behind our time. But the way he behaved with us for that is disgusting. Specially as we had kids with us and it was raining outside. It’s not like we were drunk and partying past our time. We were leaving but the behaviour he showed is unacceptable. The owner is good of the place but the staff service all matters. They can’t behave like that. Would not recommend this place.

I did my boy’s weaning ceremony party here with guest of 160 plus people which was 15 more than I had told them which made them add more table .
However, They were well controlled and made my party very smooth and memorable which my family sincerely appreciate.

based on my guests feedback , they loved the food starting from entry to main meal , environment, vibe and service . I won’t hesitate to choose rest for my future parties .

One of the worst worst experience we had. we booked the venue for our back to back two days event. The food was not even average. The vegetables were burnt, naan was very dry and hard and the kitchen looked very unhygenic.
the booking was made for 41 people altogether for th e first day and most of our guests just had their entree and left. When we asked them if they could wrap the leftovers(main course) in the takeaways,not even half seve was left which put us to a suprise that 80% people had already left before the mains.
Not all but some staff doesnt know how to approach to customers. Like all Nepalese People do, me and my brother were trying to start a friendly conversation with a staff but he was very rude to us. we were very suprised to see how he responded.
Also, the most frustrating thing was that we got called by the owner saying that we need to make the full payment at that same time(11:30 pm) despite having another event the following day. It was very unprofessional, unethical from an owner to call us at midnight and asking to make the payment. We did not expect that from him. There are many more events that occured and photos that we could have uploaded of the food that were served but we dont want to do that.
Such a horrible experience. We literally dont to give any ratings but looks like we will not be able to post our feedback so just 1.

Customer service is not so good. We asked for someone to start the projector, they did not have a remote and we had to jump on the chair to start it ourself. The food was not good as expected, I bet
I can cook better food than they do. I asked for a refill of buffet item as it was finished, the manager said he wil bring it in, but that food item never arrived and I did not have a taste of it.

I can say that you can go there and enjoy a lot with music of your choice. Some people may have a different taste, and may like the service and enjoy there. May be I was too observant on small things.

The function room felt like oven. I asked the manager to do something about it, he said all airconditioning are on but none of them are working. It was just blowing air. Outside was more cooler than inside. Everyone was fanning with whatever they could find. Management should be aware it's not just one function, people who attended on the day would think twice before organising any function on the centre. Entree was good but main course was a basic.

I am really glad that I choose Rest Function Centre to celebrate my son's second birthday. Due to their effort the function went smoothly. They helped me to find the good decor team as well as DJ. Really appreciate your team for that. Will definitely choose Rest for other functions in future.

We had Dylan's rice feeding here, we enjoyed ambience, service and tasty food. We would like to appreciate for rest managers and staffs for listening to us and help bring everything together and turning the night into fantastic memory.
