Had to call to check that I was in the right place because the Wellness Studio is in the hotel.
There is parking outside as the parking in the hotel is only for guests staying there.

Went into the hotel and Wellness Studio is on level 8.

Came out of the elevator and was greeted by the staff member Gemma.
Received a robe to change into and some slippers as the ground is wet.

First time here so Gemma explained what to do.

Had a shower and washed my body and hair.
Put in the ear plugs, turned of the light to the room and got into the tub.
At first I didn’t close the capsule but after a few mins I closed it to only have a little gap in it. The music played for about 10mins and then I turned off the lights.

Different experience- I couldn’t switch off completely. I thought I heard my alarm on my phone going off a few times. I could hear people in the spa. I had the capsule door fully closed and tried to drift off.

Drifting in the water was nice. When the music came back on it was time to go out. So I re showered which was lovely.

It was a very nice experience and I will do it again.

As I drove home it was like nothing was in my head like I had left it in the water.

Had the most amazing facial today by Dee at Reset. It was the most relaxing facial ever! Highly recommend for a wonderful experience!

Went here about 3 weeks ago and it was a nice experience however. The spa and ice baths were disgusting, there was pubes and dead skin in the bottom of the spa and dirt floating around in the ice baths. I will not be going back.

I was gifted an Astina relaxation massage. This was quite possibly the best experience I've had at a massage salon. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Deana the massage therapist and the receptionist. The massage studio was nice and cosy. Atmosphere was on point - soft music playing, aircon cooling the room, massage chair was comfy and had a literal doona! Loved every minute of it, I will definitely be back.

Had such a lovely time at the reset wellness studio. The staff were so lovely and attentive. My partner and I both had massages with Deana and then used the new Sauna, ice bath and bucket shower room that is for a maximum of two people. The areas were clean. It was a lovely reset! I can’t speak more highly of the beautiful staff.

The only issue I had was that right as I arrived for a 60 minute massage, a group of 8 very loud people booked into the circuit room. Very loudly, they carried on screaming and laughing at each other for the next 45 minutes. This wouldn’t be an issue but the room is right next to the massage room and the walls are paper thin. I came to the spa to help relax but for 45 minutes of the massage I felt like I had people screaming around me… not the most relaxing experience especially when you’re paying almost $150 for a massage. I found it really hard to try and relax. I was glad to be doing the sauna after this.
I know that this wasn’t the staffs fault and the venue was still great but I’d be hesitant to book again for this reason. Maybe in future spa etiquette can be explained to customers prior to their booking.

My husband Hassan and I visited reset today and were fortunate enough to have the fire and ice package which was gifted to us.

The service and staff were unbelievable.

I’m unsure of the name of the therapist that gave us our hot stone massages but I think her name was Dee.

She was unreal, she had the most beautiful and calming auora which was so infectious- she gave us both the most incredible massage and was well and soft spoken. She is an asset to your team and sets the standard incredibly high.

All of the other staff were also so friendly, kind and made it such an enjoyable experience. I will be recommending Reset to everyone and will hopefully be back soon for another beautiful day of relaxation

One of the best facilities in Sydney. Had such a lovely time visiting reset.
I had the hot stone massage + glow facial by Deana. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Deana made me feel right at home. She has the magic touch!
Highly recommend. Will be back!
