The outside dining room is great especially when the band started. Food and service are good. Currently $7 pints for tap beer, but not stouts.

We went for quiz night. Food was good , however I should have gone medium with my scotch fillet and not medium rare. The Jack Daniels sauce was amazing.

I haven't been here for quite some time so I thought I was about due to have a meal here.

Staff were friendly enough and I decided to go a parma which I hadn't had for awhile. It was served with fries and salad. The food didn't take long to come and was quite delicious. But.......

It did seem like the place could for with a good clean as the first table I came across was quite sticky to the touch. So much so I had to move to another table which seemed to be better, but not by much. Would I go back again? Not sure about that. Doesn't have the same feel it had a few years back.

Just noticed AFTER eating there that the reviews were mostly good up until a year ago and have deteriorated since... Should have read them in more detail BEFORE going there.
I rarely leave bad reviews on any platform but it was really bad...
Food was terrible, limited staff tried but half of them had no idea, it was super dirty...
Nothing good to say, just don't count on eating there and you'll be fine!

Went for the Hobart Jazz festival. This was organised in a professional way. The venue was packed and there was a 50% deal for main meals. Staff are down to earth friendly and really helpful. I highly recommend going here during happy hour.

Great experience made even better with high-quality musician - Shane Howard with meaningful, emotional, social, and political commentary wrapped in the poetry of his music.
