I’m so happy to have found Mel. She’s a very kind and caring person. I felt like I was treated like an individual with individual needs. I enjoyed my massage immensely and left there feeling much more relaxed with much less pain. I have recommended her to my daughter and I will certainly be booking in for another massage.

Remedied came highly recommended on our neighbourhood FaceBook group when I was looking for a Reflexologist in the area. Being very new to Reflexology and always willing to try an alternative therapy I could not have been in better hands with Mel. She is very knowledgeable, caring and is an expert in her field. I felt so at ease walking into her lovely studio. Her treatments are wonderful and I always feel so light and easy once I have climbed off the bed. I sometimes don't want to leave. An added bonus for me is that Mel works with the emotions that affect the various parts of the body so whilst she is doing the outside work I can concentrate on doing the inside work. I have had two massages with Mel now and I have found my massage person for life!
I have always struggled to find the perfect place and person but Mel ticks all the boxes.
She is warm, calm and caring. The space is inviting, cosy, super clean and hygenic. You run the risk of never wanting to leave.
Most importantly for me Mel knows the muscles of the body so well. I don't have to tell her where I am sore, she just finds it and like magic, she knows the right amount of pressure to give.
I highly recommend treating yourself to a massage with Mel soon. You will not regret it ?

I found Mel @ Remedied from recommendations in a facebook group. I had been suffering from sore necks and my chiro had recommended remedial massage. I have had a few massages with Mel not only did my sore neck problem go away but the massages themselves are amazing ?
