Paula is fantastic! So knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I’ve seen many massage therapists over the decades and Paula is one of the best. Paula is one of the few who conducts a pre manage analysis and a post massage analysis to check range of motion and pain reduction. On top of this Paula makes expert recommendations for self help (rolling & stretching) in between therapy sessions. I highly recommend Remedial Remedy!

Paula has been so thorough with her treatment and communicates well what she believes is causing the problem, how she’ll approach it and what to do in order to prevent the problem from recurring. She provides great aftercare tips as well, including stretches that help alleviate the pain and improve wellbeing. I highly recommend her expertise!!

I first booked a massage with Paula when she started working at a massage clinic close to my home. I was very impressed by Paula's approach from the outset (having experienced many different therapists over many years). So when that clinic closed a couple of months later, I was eager to find out where Paula ended up, and was glad to find she'd set up her own practice at Inner Bliss. Her massage room is spacious with a large comfy massage table and lovely soft blanket (not just a big towel!). Paula's approach is caring and thorough, with tips about self-managing muscular problems. Paula will listen carefully to any muscular problems you describe, focus on addressing those problems during the session, and will check the improvement at the end. Do yourself a favour and see Paula for your next massage!
