There’s a barista who works there (I was there today at 9 am) who could really use some lessons in customer service. She was unfriendly when taking my order, got it wrong, and then insisted I pay for a new coffee after the mistake. Apparently, according to my partner, this is how she is most of the time. It’s laughable that the business would allow someone like this to be front of house.

Good staff that are easy to have a conversation with that also make good coffee! They always ask about milk preferences etc. so they make sure they make exactly what you want, great drinks for post-gym
