Excellent and easy to follow late check-in instructions. Thanks team! Absolutely enormous room with two couches, fantastic amount of closet space and high-tech stovetop burners for cooking. Powerful A/C unit. Wonderful shower with lots of hot water. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. Elevator is from the olden days. Guests are required to manually slide the doors open and closed, but it still worked fine. Average WiFi. Super kind staff gave us lots of extra pods for the fancy coffee maker and also milk upon request. They also granted a late check out request on very short notice. Loved the rooftop deck as well.

while on holiday with my family in sydney we stayed at the Regents Court hotel for a night. the location is very intimate and a micro-environment of modern vintage. the staff are lovely and very helpful and the facilities are great. there’s rooftop access which has a great view of the city. if you’re thinking about staying in potts point i would highly recommend staying at the Regents Court hotel.

We stayed here from Wollongong for 2 nights so we could go to a concert. It’s definitely value for money. Nice rooms, very old but that’s part of the charm. We did have spiders and cockroaches in our room though and the bathroom roof is leaking and the lights didn’t work too good in there but other then that the room was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stayed, we will probably come back in the future. And the location was amazing!

I guess you get for what you pay. But did not expect the conditions to be this bad. It was a studio apartment that had one proper bed and a really uncomfortable sofa pull-out bed as the second. We were 4 persons. Though it's conveniently located and the price was right, we did not get the basic comforts we wanted.|1. We did not have sufficient pillows. We made a request and got extra on the 2nd night. |2. Same goes to tea/coffee provided in room.|3. Reception is open from 9am to 6pm weekdays. Shorter on weekends and if you head out early or come in late, no chance of getting any supplies.|4. No house keeping. So above point is critical||Bathroom door lock duck taped. |Room cleanliness is very low.|Utensils provided, such as the toaster was not cleaned.|Some cutlery also had stuff indicating that it wasn't cleaned properly.|Wall socket coming off the wall.|One wall is damped due to probably a water sepage from the toilet.||If some simple maintenance was done in time, they could have improved the facilities. The outside view is nothing much and no complaints about that.|Staff were friendly, just another small plus point of this place. But would not stay there again.

Stayed here a second time after many years had passed. Instead of looking stylish like the hotel used to, now the rooms look tired. The shower was crappy, and the sofa bed’s springs were poking out through the mattress. It was an ok stay but not sure we’d stay again

Stayed 2 nights in the Superior Studio Apartment. Good hotel but needs some maintenance. Was a bit disappointed that the washing machine and dishwasher in the room were not working. Excellent location though, close to King's Cross station and restaurants. Friendly staff. Overall, our stay was value for money.
