My wife and I stayed at Reflections Scotts Head Holiday Park in our caravan on our winter escape trip. Overall the park is in good condition, with reasonably good amenities, and caravan sites that are a good size with reasonable access for parking.|The park adjoins a great beach with good swimming and surfing - in good weather. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy this a lot as we had rain most days of our stay - maybe next time the weather will be better!|This is a great park for an extended stay, as across the road are restaurants (not always open), an IGA, and a bakery, so no need to travel anywhere to get supplies.||Overall, we give this park a 4 out 5 rating!

I have been visiting this park for 35 years + - reason being as an annual catchup with family. Since Jo and Nathan left , we have noticed a distinct decline in the presentation and maintenance of the amenities, camp kitchen and gardens , especially with the associated price rises. This year noticeably the amenities were only cleaned once day , this was unacceptable considering the volume of people using them. The amenities were always dirty , mouldy and not maintained with broken tiles. The lack of cleanliness concerned us in respect to hygiene for all users. The grounds themselves were unkept with gardens unweeded and gutters not clear.
Additionally, the increased pricing is questionable for a park with limited amenities, and only a bowling club and beach as its offering. A $300 hike per week for a cabin has meant my cousin won’t return after 35 years- this is sad and a sign the managing company is only looking at the bottom line ?
The only attraction now for us is that our family continues to return- purely emotional. When we are paying $750 a week for a powered site in a less than acceptable park is not easy to reconcile. We are sad that profit has replaced service for loyal customers .
Added to this it would appear reading through reviews the only ones that have a response from the managers are the positive reviews- would like to see a response to the issues raised and how they will be addressed.

Loved our stay at Scott’s Head. Trudie on the desk is delightful. Just watch out for her bag of fairy dust because the place is mesmerising and you just want to keep staying on ? Facilities are clean. The camp kitchen is clean and the TV to watch the olympics was great. The access to the beach is very easy and also dog friendly. There was a dog off leash area on the beach and dog on leash also. So many people paddle boarding and surfing. Great coffee shops. We’ll be back!

Awesome location right on the beach. Staff are terrific and the amenities albeit getting quite dated and well overdue for a renovation, but are in good shape. They just don't take long before the showers in particular need a wash out with all the sand.

Sites range considerably from quite small to large. We have stayed there a couple of times with our 22' van in one of their premium slab sites, which back on to the sand dune.

Low tide is the best time to take your bikes on the beach and ride the foreshore. And if you love to surf or just starting out its all on your doorstep.

Though we didn't use it, the camp kitchen is huge with ample facilities and big screen TV. Large laundry and stacks of clothesline space.

The bowls club which serves great pub meals is on the north end with the surf club for bears in the summer months a great spot for a beer or 3. It's not open all year round.

Across the road is one of the best general stores your will find from great coffee to roast chickens and a great range of groceries. Others Mackville with a Woolies is only 20min away.

Highly recommend you stop by for a few days

Just passed by. The Village has a wonderful small holiday feel. Butcher Baker Pharmacy 2 Cafes Grog Shop Grocery Store. Bowling Club, Hair Dresser, Dress shop What else would you need. The Caravan Park is situated on an amazing beach with rolling waves a bit like Waikiki and on the headland you can watch the true surfers roll in. A wonderful spot if you want the small village holiday feel. Lots of apartments to rent if you can't get into Reflections.

Great stay and location staff were friendly BUT dogs off leads in the Park was a concern.
Great cafes and shops opposite but again dogs off leads spoilt our breakfasts and coffee time.
Do not dislike dogs just the owners that think everyone has to love their pet.

Good location with a beach and bottle shop right next door. No unpowered sites so had to pay $58 for a powered site even though we didn't need it. No freezer in the camp kitchen which we needed. Amenities could definitely be cleaner and better maintained for $58 a night. Stayed in heaps of caravan parks bye

I stayed caravan power site 2 days.
I was considering staying longer if satisfied this place. The staff were friendly, and the location was great with beach , pharmacy and supermarket right in front .
However, the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, and even when it did, it kept disconnecting, which was very inconvenient. I sent a message to the staff to resolve the Wi-Fi issue, but I didn’t receive a response.
As a result, I ended up booking a 4-night stay at Holiday Park in Nambucca and will be moving there tomorrow. Since my husband needs to work through online meetings twice a week even during the holiday .
Wi-Fi is essential, so we had no choice
but to leave.
