Fantastic holiday park in a great location, amenities were really clean and the grounds really neat and tidy. The location next to the beach was excellent as we have our dog with us and she loves a walk and a swim. The scenery around this area is breathtaking. Special shout out to Charlie who is the new manager, he was excellent giving us tips on the local area. Also Heather who was in the office, a dog lover and made us feel welcome.

Stayed over a weekend in September. Very quiet, which benefited us! Lovely camp grounds, though we were at the sites at the back which is a long, steep walk to the bathrooms. Perhaps not suitable for the elderly but I can't complain too much because they allowed us to have 2 cars on the one site. You're in a prime location and you can walk everywhere. Lots of steep hills so be prepared! Only thing I didn't like is the technology used to operate the washing machines. The screen froze which was frustrating. Internet was good though, and facilities were very clean. Nice to meet you, Charlie!

We are generally budget travellers and are well pleased with our cabin. Older style and not cosmetically perfect but has such a relaxing vibe about it. Spacious studio with bonus large lounge with chaise. Bathroom is very nice, huge shower. Everything you need is provided. We travel with plenty of gear so the abundance of space to put our bags out of the way was welcome. There are some very nice cabins for reasonable rates, as well as nice powered and unpowered sights. Friendly staff, nice park.

We will never stay at this park again have been travelling for 14 years and have never stayed at a worst park it was very disappointing ? not a good review for the Reflections group. I would rather stay in a paddock at least that way we wouldn't of wasted our money.

Could not recommend more. The park manager was very kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Had one of the best views of the morning sky looking over the Beach. Cabin was very clean and decent size of a short stay.

Clean, peaceful park with a really friendly office lady!
Everything was enjoyable, we just needed a simple overnight stay for our swag, cheap pricing considering we got wifi, toilets and showers and camp kitchen equipped with everything!

Over 10 years of caravanning and my wife and I have stayed in quite a few Reflections caravan parks during that time, without ever having an issue. BUT then we made the mistake of booking a family birthday holiday for 3 caravans at Reflections - Nambucca Heads. The park itself is pretty ordinary to say the least but one of the sites they gave us was way too narrow to have a caravan with an annex on the side. The site was located in-between a fence and a roadway which carries main traffic through to a number of cabins. When fitted, their annex would have been sitting right on the edge of the gravel roadway, if not protruding out onto the roadway itself. This was a highly unsafe situation and NOT one they were not going to accept. When a request was made to be relocated to another site, the park Manager got involved and claimed that we had upset her internal office girl (without providing any justifiable evidence of that claim) and then pretty much implied “that’s your site, you're not moving to another site so like it or lump it” |Based on the dangerous location and the Manager’s belligerent attitude, that family member made the decision to leave Reflections Holiday Park and relocate to the Ingenia White Albatross holiday park. The so called “Park Manager” then had the hide to charge them a cancellation fee. So, we now have a family holiday split over two caravan parks. At this point, she must be quite proud of herself. I then requested a credit be issued for my own site. She blatantly refused and I had to forfeit two prepaid nights so I could also relocate to the Ingenia Park together with the third family caravan. Considering the Reflections Park was very empty at the time, it would only have taken a little bit of common sense and a little bit of flexibility from the Manager, and she could have retained our business.|The end result was that our family group booked a combined 16 nights at the Ingenia White Albatross holiday park which is clearly a better-quality park run by staff and management that have a much higher understanding of customer service.|So, goodbye Reflections Nambucca Heads. Here’s three caravanning families who will never stay at your park again and for that matter will more than likely end up excluding many of the other Reflections Holiday Parks throughout our future travels. |I urge people to read other reviews on Reflections Nambucca Heads because it’s clear we are not the only customers to experience this woman’s rude, arrogant and highly abrasive attitude to customer service. |There's unquestionably a valid reason why this park was empty.

Do not stay at this caravan park. When we stayed there, we were told there were only two grass sites left. These sites ended up being more dirt than grass and would be flooded with water during lots of heavy rain and heavy rain was was predicted for our stay there. From the day we arrived to the day we left the park was virtually empty. BUT there was no way the park manager would let us upgrade or move to a better site. We were told that other sites were either too small, for our 7 meter long van, or booked out. Both were absolutely untrue! The manager went out of their way to make sure we stayed on the crappiest of their sites.
