What a lovely spot on the Sunshine Coast great views fishing wildlife and best of all my apartment and it's manager Belinda and the amenities are just perfect all year round would recommend to families and all walks of life. Security of the premises is also great for car and boats

We had the most beautiful stay at our apartment. Conviniently locafed. Close to the water for my children. Easy to find. Comfortable and such a homely feeling. Best part we had our own garage which was amazing. Thank you again. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful location right on the river. Janine and Jason, the property managers are very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with rooftop spa. The views are stunning and it has a dining table and a BBQ on the rooftop too. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Enjoyed my stay here. Great views over the Maroochydore River. Great walking tracks in the area. Very comfortable, good size apartment.

Had a last minute 3 day stay here. Managed to get a top floor apartment with hot tub on roof. Very nice views of water and private rooftop to relax on. Was nice to sit back in tub and watch the birds and relax. ||Janine was brilliant and managed to get us in early which was appreciated. ||Only issue for us was that the apartment was in need of a paint as it was a bit dated.

Great location staff very friendly. The only concerns we had was our room-15, in that it was a little bit old and tired(could do with a renovation) Toilet seat was broken the curtains let to much light in so woken up early every morning. The stove top couldn’t heat properly and only one air conditioner for all three rooms made sleeping a little difficult. But the location is where it’s at,boat ramp right out the front beautiful views quiet. The family would go back there but we would not take room 15. We look forward to visiting Maroochydore again soon.

We generally don’t say negative things but this place was disgusting. I was hoping to speak to managers on check out but not available and not available our whole stay (4nights) ||No lift. Tiny parking area. |Room presented well on first appearance but was so incredibly dirty. Showers hadn’t been cleaned. There was blue shampoo still on the shower wall from previous guests. Toe nail clippings on floor. Lounge still had previous marks of being sat on (covid safe). Cutlery was all dirty. Plates and bowls and glasses appear to have been put back into the cupboard dirty. Road noise was massively loud even with the whole apartment closed. Managers didn’t speak to us the whole visit even when passing in main areas. |Pool!! Has air conditioning condensations dripping into pool. Causing reactions to all of the guests who swam in the pool. Great view. Would not recommend to anyone. |We would have left but there was a no refund policy and couldn’t afford another accommodation with peak rates. |Stay anywhere else!

Went on vacation and stayed here. Rooms were clean and of average size. The unit was a bit old style so no locks on bathrooms, knobs of a few doors were loose etc. The view was amazing facing the river. You get one car park and if lucky another can be parked in the visitor parking. It's a gated apartment so get the code to open the gate if you are arriving late. The only limitation was no room service which we were 50-50 given it was an apartment.

You also might need to get your own dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, and groceries if you are staying for long. The good thing is the location is great and Coles, Woolworth are 5 mins drive
