We only had a quick stop here, but were very pleased with our stay. It was a last-minute decision and we pulled in mid-evening with no booking. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. The amenities were new and clean and the showers were gloriously hot. My daughter and I were ridiculously delighted at the bunnies hopping around the grounds. We didn't venture out to eat as we had food in our camper, so can't comment on nearby shops etc. The road noise was there, but not disturbing. Overall was a great decision to stop here.

Great place to stay we had our German Shepherd in a dog friendly cabin with a dog pen out the back, I thought it would've been like a puppy play pen as I couldn't find any photos online to see what it looked like, was a actually a large pen with plenty of space for her. My 2 year old son enjoyed running around the cabin and opening everything. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back.

After the recent treatment I received from the Park Manager Nerida, i want to post negatively.
But the truth is, the park is wonderfully kept, its secure and 99% of the staff are amazing.
Pick a spot down the back and the highway noise isn't an issue.
Ammenites are cleaned daily and they have a laundry room. Camp kitchens are clean and well maintained.
The local Bunny population was the highlight of the park until pest control was called in and the bunnies were poisoned and gone within a week, without any warning to the us tenants.

I would have raved nothing but positivity about this place until today.

It doesn’t have easy access to enter the caravan park, you have to contend with a lot of traffic. |We booked a cabin, as we had stayed in Reflection Caravan Parks in the past we thought this would be as good. Big mistake although very clean it is very outdated, normally this would not bother me but the bed was extremely uncomfortable, time for a new one. The park being right on the Pacific Highway and there being no insulation the highway noise especially the trucks made sleep very difficult. There was no getting away from the noise. |Since this was a business trip, WiFi was very necessary, and part of the reason we book to stay there. Well we had no WiFi and as we worked all day by the time we got back to our cabin the staff had gone. When we did get the chance to advise of this problem we were told there was no problem. |If you planning on staying here ask for a cabin at the back that may block some of the road noise.

We booked for 2 nights in a cabin. Cabin was dirty. Screen door fell off when we arrived. Tv remote was filthy. Windows dont lock. Couch was sticky. Food stuck to top of the wall. The traffic noise was unbearable so we left after the first night with no sleep. We asked for a refund for the second night because we left early after first night to be told no. Our address says we are on a highway so expect noise. Also didnt address any of the other points. Dont stay there. Dirty cabins. Ridiculous road noise and a manager that just doesnt care.

We are staying at the park in a caravan with our dog Rosie. Awesome place friendly staff great Caravan and camping also cabins also great BBQ facilities .Lots of wildlife around. Walking distance to shopping centre. Pubs clubs and tourist attractions .Recommend giving this place a try. We will definitely be back.

Great clean park, beautiful slice of land in a perfect spot if you don't mind the highway noise. The managers are nosy cranks though, so just make sure you don't intend on having too much fun here.

We've had a lovely 2 weeks here. So convenient to town, and RSL and our dog loved having the little rabbits for company.
The new amenities block to the right of the entrance is so clean and spacious, the cleaners do a great job. Thanks Reflections.
