Stayed 2 nights with our dog. Very clean and tidy self contained cabin.
Great staff.
Good price.
Only have to walk 100 meters to have big grassy area or to the river with your pet.

The park is well maintained and facilities that we could access clean. I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone to advise them we would arrive after 6pm when the office closed. After 20 mins on hold the second time I was given the option to leave a message. The person who responded was rude and told me they couldn’t answer as they were busy calling late arrivals. Go figure. Laundry was closed from 5pm so was not available to me. Maybe just a bad day.

Powered Van Site , Site was very small and clustered with other vans while campers and small vans had more open sites , Service and amenities where very good , Position of the park is brilliant, Dog friendly beach and walk ways just over the road , Overall a great park that the modern Caravans have outgrown ,

Recently we had a car accident near Ballina and the only accommodation we could find was at Reflections Caravan park. Unlucky for us - we were charged $348.00 for one night. The cabin was comfortable, the view was lovely but the price was outrageous.

We had two nights in a self contained cabin at the very reasonable price of $118 per night during NSW school holidays. We found no fault with our stay. The cabin was immaculately clean, had everything we needed including cooking utensils, crockery etc, a large fridge, comfy sofa and outdoor verandah with bistro table and chairs. The bed linen and towels were all clean and not worn at all, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good (if small). Although our cabin was next to the road, we had a very quiet stay. The staff were helpful and welcoming. We walked everywhere - to the beaches, the RSL club, the supermarket etc. It’s a great location opposite the swimming pool and waterslides. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in Ballina.

Very helpful staff, extremely clean and well maintained park. Amenities were immaculate and it was lovely to have large shower stalls where your clothes don’t get wet. Although van sites are small, everyone was very respectful of each others space. Love that you can bring your dogs even in peak times. Walk to town and lovely dog friendly beach across the road.

After a 1 night stay our cabin was immaculate so clean great location ,friendly staff , great for pets we had 2 small dogs not a problem housekeeping need a pat on thr back great job
