We had the most relaxing and fabulous stay. The view was to die for (a highlight was seeing whales in the distance from the balcony). We had so much space and the beds were so comfortable. It was the middle of winter but the kids swam in the heated outdoor pool and we all loved the spa. It was easy for the tween and teens to go adventuring to the shops and beach (where we could see them from the balcony). Just loved it.

We stayed in a 4 bedroom skyhome with extended family for a wedding. The unit was very spacious with room for us all to get ready and not be competing for bathroom space. You are greeted by a stunning beach outlook and the location is central to everything. Highly recommend for larger groups and extended stays. Would love to spend a week here just to relax too!

We recently stayed at Reflection on the Sea in tower one. Given that we paid extra to stay in the sub-penthouse apartment, we were completely underwhelmed by the hotel's lack of cleanliness. It was so grotty, scuffed and dirty - we were able to write "clean me" in the dust. There was a significant build up of mould in the bathrooms. Such a disappointment and a waste of money. The location is marvellous, but there is so many places to stay along the beach in Coolangatta. We could have paid the same price elsewhere and experienced a clean environment. Highly recommend avoiding this place.

Impressed with how well the check-in process went and the staff interaction, - cheerful, helpful and informative.
Apartment cleaning was excellent, … as new condition, well furnished with everything for an enjoyable stay, and a very comfortable bed.
All of this is only surpassed by a great location, - and magnificent views out over the ocean.
Highly recommended.
… we will return.

My husband and I had a wonderful few days stay at Reflections on the Sea. We stayed in unit 703 which has recently been upgraded and having stayed here before (we usually like to request the same unit) it looks so much fresher. The unit has all that you need for a comfortable stay, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the laundry cupboard and 2 en-suite bedrooms. It’s conveniently located right across from the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants. It’s an easy, flat 15 minute flat walk to Siblings, a lovely restaurant at Kirra and Franc Jr’s pizza is 5 minutes down the road in Griffith Street which has the best pizza in town.

We had a lovely holiday here. Great location. Staff were so friendly and efficient. The apartment has a spectacular view across the beach and ocean towards Surfers. We will definitely be back.

My husband, toddler and my parents recently stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, which was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, with plenty of storage and space to have a travel cot or extra mattress, if needed. The bedrooms were a configuration of two singles and one queen. To be honest, I was expecting a king and so I was disappointed by the queen.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The only downside of all self-contained apartments is that the kitchen doesn't come with basics like salt, pepper and oil. There is a Woolworths a few minutes' walk away which is great.

The views are excellent and vicinity to eateries means you don't need to stray far for your weekend.

A nice place to stay, very tight kitchen space with carpet in the dining area? Not great for kids or a baby. The hotel supplies a family of 5 occupants with a ‘starter’ pack of just 1-Toilet roll - Reception also doesn’t have any to handout - how cheap! Since when will an apartment not willingly offer a toilet paper roll? Anyhow, to make the stay all that more enjoyable they also only had one-functioning lift the whole time between 19-floors - Fine if you’re fit and prepared to walk the stairs or be ready to wait 10 minutes for the elevator during peak hours.

As an experienced infrastructure officer, the fire escape doesn’t look to be complaint at floor 1.
