Spent a wonderful weekend at Redrock. The cabin was clean and tastefully decorated. We loved the serenity and the fireplace was terrific. Our hosts were superb. Will definitely be back.

This is a perfect place for a romantic getaway!
The cabins were spacious and well designed, in a great location surrounded by trees and valley views.

Perfect getaway. Sitting on the deck listening to bird song is just ideal. The host was welcoming and lovely. The cabin was perfect. Would live there if I could. Breakfast hamper fed us well, good size fridge for our cold food and drinks, very modern building.

Redrock Retreat is a great gem hidden among the gum trees with views out towards to the valley. Very comfortable cabin with fireplace and deck. Extremely quiet apart from hearing birds. We also saw many stars and satellites from the dark skies at night from our cabin deck. We explored some local towns around here as part of the rail trail. Highly recommend this place for peace and tranquillity.

My husband and I have travelled extensively throughout the world and I can honestly say, Red Rock on Booie is up there with the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The hosts provide a delicious platter on arrival, which really sets you up for a relaxing time here. The cabins overlook gorgeous gum trees and we spotted lots of wallabies and native birds while sitting on the balcony. We will definitely go back in the cooler months to experience the log fire. The Booie / South Burnett area is gorgeous and there's a really striking contrast with the red earth against the bright blue skies. It's a unique Australian vista to which photos just don't do justice. There is a wonderful restaurant nearby called Cassis, which offers amazing meals and wines. The Kingsley Grove Estate winery is also definitely worth a visit. Their wines were so distinctive and we bought a case and a half of different bottles to bring home with us. It's impossible to be stressed out when you're here and the longer you spend in the region, the more relaxed you feel. We have visited lots of wine regions in Australia and there's something really special about this one. It's 100 times better than the over-priced and crowded Hunter Valley in NSW. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway which is close to nature, but provides all the luxuries you could possibly desire, then book a stay here. You won't regret it and like us, you'll probably be itching to get back there asap.

We loved our 2 night stay at Red Rock. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and there was a lot of choice. The owners were very friendly. The weather wasn't great so after exploring the area, we went back to our cabin, lit the fire and put our feet up for the afternoon. We would definitely stay here again.

I was planning a night in Kingaroy so could stay in a motel or in a cabin in the bush. I’m so glad I chose the latter. The cabins at Red Rock are beautifully set up, private, modern bathroom with fluffy good quality products. The only sounds were the birds but there was a tv with good reception if you got sick of listening to them. A more than generous breakfast was provided. So, instead of looking at a motel car park I gazed out at trees and the mountains in the distance. A friendly reception and an offer of help if needed. I couldn’t fault the place and wondered why anyone would choose the alternative.|

Gorgeous and very comfortable cabins, set in a stunning environment, hosted by wonderful people. A continental Breakfast is provided along with a never ending supply of firewood, free wifi and netflix. We had a spa in our bathroom which is very private and has beautiful views over the valley to mountains in the background.
