Fantastic location with mind blowing view. Brilliant little cafe, super handy being right on the beach. Comes with a view too. Not overly priced either. Shuts at 4pm but kitchen closes at 2pm like a lot of cafes in Sydney.

So get your food order in before it closes. People tend to leave a bit just after lunch as there is only one cafe so it gets better. Also, there's an outdoor shower and bathroom and changing rooms next to the cafe.

Fantastic location with great views! We had breakfast here today (Sunday) and the place was buzzing but not terribly packed. The queue was long but moved quickly and we got our orders quite promptly considering the volume of people. Halloumi burger was delicious! Will definitely be back for the views, vibes and food! ?

Had breakfast here the other day. Great view. Food was average. Coffee was nice though. Needs a bit more in the service department. No table water offered. Plates were not flat on the bottom, made from bamboo or something and spun around when you tried to eat. No butter on the toast for some reason and no butter provided or offered.

Always fab coffee in this exquisite spot. Never had any issues whatsoever with food but I’ll be honest: I “eat” coffee much more frequently than food…so I love them for the coffee (if you want a review about food, ask your dinner party guests!) ?✅?

Beautiful location, quaint seating and some seating with shade. Enjoyed an afternoon snack, cool drinks and cake while the kids swam. Food was reasonably priced and decent. The Honey cake was excellent. Definitely worth a visit.

This is Sydneys hidden secret gem! It is the sort of place you want to tell everyone about because it’s so great, but also tell no-one about because you don’t want everyone else coming and ruining the magic!

It’s so relaxed and friendly, I haven’t found anywhere else like it in Sydney. With incredible views!

I chose a selection of the sides to build my own plate, which was ideal, and I am now obsessed with how they do their mushrooms!! I have no idea how they can get them tasting so good, but highly recommend adding their mushrooms to anything you order! My friend had the eggs benny, which also looked delicious. We also shared a side of fries, which are new to the menu. I don’t usually like fries but these weren’t greasy or smelly at all. Perfect!

It was a weekday so it wasn’t too buy and so the chef even brought out our meals personally, which was so lovely. Everything is 100% fresh too, even their baked beans and corn fritters are entirely home made from scratch in the kitchen! So there are no nasties! Weekends can get busy but that’s inevitable with such a perfect location, good food and at a good fair price!

I don’t eat out much because its not universally more expensive wherever you go, but here is the one place I would treat myself to again because the food is great, the staff are lovely and the setting is like nothing you’ve seen before. I highly recommend everything we had on the menu (mushrooms, fries etc) but the chicken salad looked like it was also popular and so I may try that next time… will certainly come again!!

I've never had to wait 45 minutes for a kids cheeseburger.

The Redleaf Cafe is located by a beautiful location however the service, food and atmosphere do not live up to the views. We arrived to the cafe after our swim at 1:30, waited in line for 30 mins and waited another 45 minutes until our meal arrived. The meal was not complex and arrived quite squished and disappointing. It was a kids cheeseburger and a bacon and egg roll. The general atmosphere around the cafe was quite chaotic and everyone was trying to be patient but customers who ordered after us were informed food had run out. Some customers were ignored by staff. At the 30 minute mark, my partner asked a staff member on an update on our food and we were told they didn't know what was happening. Really disappointed, it was an extremely hot day and we waited almost an hour for food, and had arrived more than an hour before. It had really dampened our day. I hope we just caught them on a busy day where they were short-staffed.
