Great camp ground sooo close to main drag and the action! $30 odd for a nite - level solid ground and short grass! Clean shower/toilet cubicles with PIN code entry! Friendly check in from management over the fence from porch to table lol - it works! Lots of things to do from bay cruise to nite life to cafes and shops everywhere!
Book a non powered site or powered. Ps THE BEE GEES pop group are from here and an inclusive arcade is worth the time if you are Staying Alive! đŸ’Ŗ

We have not been there for awhile. The price has gone up but the amenities are still the same uninviting building. Would be a great idea to spend some of the increased money on doing them up. In our mind not worth $35 a night to stay there. Another thing does the mower man have to start mowing at 7.15am? Woke us up with a fright when he started the mower.

Two nights camping in our camper van . Great rates beautifully clean facilities close to beach and a fab cafes , markets on Sunday both at the camp grounds and the beach front .
Recommend cafe 63 .

Watched the truck convoy heading to the Redcliffe Showgrounds. Was absolutely awesome. 1 1/2 hours of hooting horns and waving and cheering. We loved it. And the Showgrounds were incredible with rides and animal shows and stores and yummy food.

I have stayed here multiple times, large open space with shade or sun as preferred with your nearest neighbour being 100 metres away. Powered and unpowered options, dogs allowed and you're not restricted to a chihuahua either (Scarborough caravan parks rule as well as not being allowed to pee or poo on its grounds as if your dog will hold it on command).

Expensive for a Showground but close to the beach and decent activities, Brisbane within reach as well as a train line and access to local shops and North Lakes. Highly recommended Northshore pet resort close by in Rothwell for kennel needs. Massive multi-acre dog park at Kroll Gardens is fantastic too as are the ones at the hornibrook bridge and a couple more hidden ones.

There are both markets and hot rod meets on these premises depending in time and date and both worth a look. June in the office has been fantastic and I'd have no hesitation recommending staying here unless you're looking for some flash Big 4 type accommodation.
