5/5 trip. Met all the needs we had during the stay, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Just across the road from the hospital and close to shops as well. Very clean and a great sized room with a comfy bed. Would stay again if needed and definitely recommend!

I stayed here for few days, as the location was very convenient. Also, the service was very accommodating and friendly staff. Would always be there to answer your queries as I came here for some work purpose. So, I was new to the place. Room was comfortable and overall welcoming environment. Definitely, would come back when back in Brisbane. Had a great experience. Thank you to all staffs.

Beautifully clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. We enjoyed our ground floor room, staff are very welcoming and helpful, will definitely stay again. Convenient location, near shops and just across the road from the hospital. Extremely reasonable rates. Highly recommend 😎

It was very good value, super clean, large room and bathroom so above expectations there. It really excelled with excellent customer service, Staff were friendly and helpful. SUKH was nice and Helpful with everything. Will definitely come back again.
I highly recommend others to check out this place . Location is my favourite thing it’s so close to the beach. 😊

The hotel is perfect for work, just opposite the hospital. Prices are reasonable. Brian on reception was lovely and very helpful. I had managed to book the room for the wrong date and it was 11pm after my shift, Brian manged to find me a room at short notice with no problem at all. The room was clean and tidy, basic things that you need for an overnight stay.
My only feedback would be that The room was a little noisy, which was expected outside of a hospital, but something to be aware of before booking. Otherwise can't praise the staff and hotel enough!

I am extremely impressed with not on the facilities but also the amazing staff.

We were ripped off with an Air Bnb that didn't exist, we rang and explained our situation and they couldn't have been more helpful.

The room was lovely. It smelt lovely and clean when we opened the door, the room was immaculate.

The shower is a bit smallish but the water pressure is perfect and makes up for it.

We will be back and would highly recommend

Good quality but basic room in an excellent location for us.
Accommodation had friendly staff.
However, we have some negative factual concerns we will describe below. In our considerable experience, normally very little point complaining at the time about these things.
In the room, the internal security lock on the inside of the door was broken and not in working order.
Both of the bedside lamps were not working and one did not even have a bulb inside.
The air conditioning unit inside our room was noisy, too noisy to leave on overnight even, so the room was often a little warmer than it should have been.
We endured three (3) nights of broken / bad quality sleep. We were in room 14. These are detailed below.
First night, we were awakened around 0200 by nuisance noise from the male in the room next to us. We could hear constant talking which transpired to be a telephone call. He appeared to be staying there for extended nights. We had to go and speak to him. He also had the TV on for most of the night.
Second night, again awakened around 0200 by an obviously drunken female outside in the street remonstrating to a person within that she had managed to lock herself out. We tactfully complained to management the next morning about this.
On the evening of our third night, two Police Officers visited the property. We do not know why they were there, only that they had been called by the Hotel Manager. My husband went downstairs to check on the security of our vehicle and he could 100% smell cannabis had been used in that location recently. He overheard one of the managers discretely say he had called the police for reason unknown.
Third night, in the middle of the night, we were awakened by a male resident in a light green / yellow type car with a broken missing rear bumper parked outside directly below our window on the first floor. He left the engine of the car running for several minutes. The driver’s door of the car was left open resulting in a door open warning sounding. He eventually drove off at some speed. We know he was a resident. At the same time, a burglar alarm went off at the petrol station opposite which was policed by a security patrol.
These events did not necessarily occur in the order stated.
Also, on the third night from about midnight for the rest of the night, there appeared to be a constant flow of people in and out of the fire escape door at the end of the corridor. This door, or another, is spring shut so would slam every time someone went through it.
From middle morning to middle evening each day, there was a continual sound of people talking either below our first-floor room around the bench located nearby in the frontal area of the car park, or if the conversations were not there, they were in the corridor outside and opposite our room. It appeared to us that the bench in the car park was being frequented by street people from the area that were also frequenting the inside of the hotel in a room on the opposite side of the corridor to us.
The management appeared to be oblivious to these issues for some reason. We consider our resume to be fair and honest.
Really, unhappy about this stay which we found to be most stressful.

Booked direct online, called motel to ask what time reception closes as I may be late arriving. New reception person couldn't understand me, had to repeat myself a few times on every question. When I arrived, checked in, went up to room, opened door & the room smelt very old & musty is the only way to describe it, furnishings very dated & dark. Reception man stated the room has new carpet, I'm sorry but it needs a whole refurbishment. I didn't disturb anything in the room, maybe in there for 3 minutes, had to get out of smell, asked for a refund or part of, he said no. This is NOT a 4 star motel! I've stayed in a few "motor inn's" none have been this old & dated.
