The most friendliest and cleanest accommodation we’ve stayed in for a very long time.|Sue went above and beyond to make us welcome, very comfortable room and delightful breakfast options beautifully presented in our room.|Very quiet and peaceful, great pricing, the whole stay was very lovely.

After 3 weeks on the road and heading towards home, this accommodation provided a very comfortable stay. It had all we needed to unwind and cook our own meal. The room with kitchenette was spotless, had a sofa and dining table, large TV and still left enough room to comfortably move around. The ensuite was also spotless. The host, Sue, was very friendly. Our little dog was also welcome. Each of the units has their own private entrance, so unlike some B&B's you don't feel like you are living within someone else's space. If every traveling to or simply through Dunedoo, this is a good place to stop and relax.

We stayed here on our way home from Young. Even though we made a last minute reservation (as in an hour's notice!) Sue was friendly and incredibly accommodating. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom a wonderful home comfort. The bed was amazingly comfy, and the room stayed warm even with the chilly night. Sue and Lloyd are genuine, friendly, lovely people and I will (and have) recommend people stay in their fabulous and amazingly well priced B&B

Always stay here on my trips through the area. Quiet spot opposite golf course, wake up to bird chorus before eating breakfast provided at no extra charge. Reasonable rates, too. Plenty of room in units, kitchenette too

This is good basic accommodation. There are two rooms and we stayed in the larger one. It was very clean and comfortable (a bit dark for our liking, but not a problem). We just turned up in town, and saw their sign. Luckily they had a vacancy. They provide a basic breakfast in the room of bread, cereal etc.||||Electric blanket was very welcome for the middle of winter.||||We'd happily stay there again.

We stayed in Unit 1 which had a large lounge area with a dining table and a kitchen. The bedroom was also large with a small ensuite. It was probably 70's built and although nothing has been changed it has been well maintained and kept very clean. We were treated to a couple of pieces of home made chocolate cake which was a very nice surprise. It is an easy walk into town.

After disappointing assistance from Coolah accommodation, this lovely place help us on a sporting trip. Owners are wonderful country people who go out of there way to be nice/helpful. Rooms are comfy/homely/so clean. This place is a must.

Always a great place to stay, friendly server, quiet surroundings. wonderful price for a BnB. I keep going nack. Lovely town to wanders the streets, part of the Siding Springs scale moel of the Solar System. Park also contains great scultures of local birdlife.
