This place has completely gone down the toilet. Any time I have been thru drive thru, its extremely slow to actually receive your order !! But last night was a complete farce. I drive up to the drive thru, to order - no one there to take my order. After a minute of sitting & waiting for someone to greet me - I say Hello, anyone there. A minute later, someone responds "Be with you in a minute".
However no one comes back, I wait & wait, by which time 2 cars have pulled up behind me. I then decide to leave, as they are obviously short staffed again.
So I drive thru to leave, but are now stuck behind 2 other cars, waiting to pay. Still no one working at the order/pay desk. I wait another 10 mins, for a woman to come & take payment & hand the guy in front of me his order.
I then drove over to Maccas ordered & was driving away 5 mins later.
RED ROOSTER - PUT ON MORE STAFF FOR THE LOVE OF GOD !!
BOYCOTT THIS STORE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND WAITING ETERNALLY FOR SERVICE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN !!

This is the third time in the last 90 day I have a very negative experience with redrooster staff, the way they treat you it tells me that they don't car about the brand ,if I was a redrooster boss , I will make the new recruits fill out a psychological form to determine whether they car or they don't car about the redrooster brand , it's very simple way so you can have a good staff working for you and it's called staff management!!!!!!!! ( better ways , better business)

We had a catering order with Emu plains Red rooster. The chicken was freshly roasted, nice and juicy. Everyone loved it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my event special with absolutely amazing food.

Just went through drive through. The young man taking the order, was awesome, understood every word his said, when paying he was polite and even had a smile. When I complemented him and asked for his name, he was a little embarrassed. Great job Harry, businesses need more young people like you 👍🏻

Order a spicy box and only received a burger meal, when trying to reorder as the full meal, the manager could not figure out how to change the order. When he finally did I had tried the chips given me, and they were cold.
