This store is very clean was my first impression, not a adult insight and although the store already looked fairly clean there was a young Islander girl mopping the floors and cleaning the tables, as we were eating our meals another two young Islander girls walked through the door and straightened the door mat as they entered . Good to see girls .. showing pride in your workplace. I will return here purely for the cleanliness.
No toilets in store.

I have been a customer for over 15 years but the last two months EVERY order has been so stingy.
Next to no mayo on the salads, so little chips in the packs ( I counted 12 in this order today), next to no lettuce or sauce on burgers. EVERY order, and I order multiple times throughout the week for the family. We'll be going elsewhere now. I'd much rather have a price increase and same quantity then be felt ripped off each order.

Dropped by for a quick meal here.
I had no problem with the service and the meal was alright.
There are seats inside and mostly empty. Plenty of parking outside the restaurant.
Cheap meal and taste decent not great.
Just an average fast food restaurant.

The old management was s* I was treated like s* and got dried out disgusting food and gave up on them but since I started to try them again. Because I heard there were under new management. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was fresh. The classic roast was so beautiful.
It was up with.
Grandma's roast. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the spuds were dried out and I had to throw them out but the next time I went there, everything was spot on and beautiful. An experience that made me want to go there twice a week for that meal.

If I could give no stars i definitely would!
I ordered a rooster roll combo and a TRIPLE rippa. First off only had 2 tenders in my triple rippa, correct me if I’m wrong but triple defines 3. My rooster roll had a ligament and a bone inside looks like the wishbone and lastly there’s a friggen blonde long hair in my chips. I’ve been to this store once before about a week ago and had a problem with being charged incorrectly after having a long argument with the stale faced manager I finally stood corrected but received no apology just straight up rudeness! honestly was the worst experience talking to that girl last time that I wouldn’t even bother this time. I’ll never come back to this store but I hope whoever is franchising this store really takes a look into those staff members and manger it’s a joke and I’d be embarrassed!

Had to redo my review. I did give one star originally about a year ago but recently their service has been great and their food always fresh especially their chips ..Def recommend! Not sure if they changed management but it's good nowadays

Had 2 repeat my order 4 x then she asked me did I want the 1/4 chick/chips from out the front (didn’t know there was a difference) then didn’t give me my change I asked and she walked off and the food was horrible

Rude and unenthusiastic staff members, looked liked almost all of them are uninterested in serving and looking after customers. Have been to other RR stores but this one was the least impressive. There were not many customers, still they took a while to serve the order and I almost lost my appetite by the time food was provided. Not recommended at all!
