Really like the environment and the coffee. Friendly staff. One of the staff member name “Abby” she was really nice to us make us quite comfortable and nice customers service. Next time when I am visiting Stirling again I would definitely come here again

Visiting Red Cacao during a public holiday has a 20% charge. Many people were waiting for seats right after my family and I got a table today. Service is limited due to the shortage of staff I guess. Too many visitors during holidays. Chocolate and dessert still maintain high quality meeting my expectations.

A really nice place for dessert and brunch. Been there multiple times, great atmosphere nice coffees, yummy homemade foods. The staff are very nice and friendly. Love their little shop and I bought some christmas cookies, the lovely young lady at the cashier offered me a nice bag. Will definitely come back again and recommend to everyone!

This is a place I visit whenever I'm in the area. My recent experience, however, was unsatisfactory. We ordered iced drinks and a toastie. The drinks were good as usual, but there was a long hair on the toastie. It wasn't just a hair that had fallen off; it was firmly stuck to it. I called the girl who served us, informed her about the issue, and sent the toastie back. Later, I went into the store and told her that I didn't want it remade, as I had already lost my appetite and hadn’t yet paid for my order.

The most disappointing part was that I never received an apology from any of the staff, and even the lady at the counter acted as if nothing had happened. They are good with their drinks and chocolates, but I won’t be ordering their food in the future. They should pay more attention to hygiene when preparing food.
