My mates and i decided to run some kilometres last November to raise money for men’s mental health. We reached out to Matt and he didn’t hesitate to jump on board and support us. Me and two of my other mates ran 180kms in the month for men’s mental health, we reached out to Matt and the team at recovery lab and they were all for it! They supported us throughout the whole journey in every way possible. Matt’s knowledge on every single recovery device is priceless. All the facilities are well maintained and very hygienic, we can not thank recovery lab enough for all of their support. I’ve bath was hard but do rewarding and the compression boots were unreal. Highly suggest for any one wether it’s relaxation or recovery, recovery lab has you covered.

Matt the owner there is full of knowledge and passion around recovery for athletes and general Joes of fitness. I did the leg compression and ice bath and I feel absolutely rejuvenated from some injuries in my ankle and knee.

Good service, facilities and products that help.
I use recovery lab whilst undergoing cancer treatment. The compression boots/ arms assist with my lymphatic system getting back on track following Lymphnode surgery.
Nucalm helps with my stress and sleep particularly during my chemotherapy.
I can't recommend Matt and the team enough.
