Don’t go to Razor Hair Studio in Crestmead

So I had my hair done less then a week ago by razor hair studio in Crestmead. First time.. amazing!! Couldn’t fault it. Second time around (6 days ago) not so great, so I reach out politely asking for some help with restoring to how I originally asked it to be. The response, just amazed me. I was met with attitude, defensive, rude and blame passing between the sisters (owner and manager). I was willing to work with them to resolve but met with this (attached messages) was enough for me to threaten legal action. I’m so sick of being taken for granted and wasting money! Hence I’m happy to engage a lawyer to school poor business owners! Should we have to? No. But their arrogance and reluctance to resolve a small issue and be arrogant like the call I just received... pushes me to do so.

Razor hair studio ... freedom of speech right now in social media. You should’ve and could’ve handled this better. Absolute disgrace, especially after I asked politely to fix it! Kayla said in the call I had with her tonight after calling back... “I don’t have a leg to stand on” "And the colour is exactly the same as the first time" and "all i will do is re-tone it and that's it!"
Nice business conduct guys 👌🏼 below is a shot of the very first time I had hair done... then as I was leaving the second time from the salon CCTV... then today within 6 days of going the second time. Apparently it’s my fault for washing my hair twice within a week so I striped the toner! 🤣🤣. The colour is not the same at all. I have also posted a pic of just last week of my hair from Facebook, which is still the original colour from the first time she coloured me, which was in August. Soooo ummm just saying I washed my hair more than twice in 4 months from August to November, and it didn’t strip colour / toner like you suggest Kayla. So your argument and excuse doesn’t quite stack up huh? Tutt tutt. Overall it shows quite different colours, i asked if they could fix it very politely, only to be told it was my fault for washing my hair twice! with the very same product they sold me. This should have been resolved so easily, yet they decided to take the low ground instead of working with their client.

My daughter and I had our hair cut by Julie today. She was such a friendly and kind person, she made us feel very at home. She did a lovely job on our hair and went above and beyond to get my hair looking it's best. Thank you, Julie ☺️

Since I moved, I now drive an hour to see the beautiful ladies here at Razorz! I refuse to go anywhere else as I always leave happy with the service I receive. Special shout-out to Kayla! She always knows what I want and makes my hair feel amazing after she’s done it!
