I was so glad I found this place! The massage was incredibly relaxing, even better than the ones I've had back home in Thailand. I chose 30-minute foot massage, and the price was affordable and reasonable, the atmosphere was super chill, and the staff were polite and provided excellent service. I'll definitely recommend this place to all my friends visiting Sydney and will be back for sure!

The quality of service was bad. I went in for a deep tissue therapy for an hour. The therapist was in a hurry to finish up the job. She finished my therapy in 50 mins. Also, she hardly massaged and just stretched my body and applied tiger balm when I specifically asked her not to. When I tried to raise these concerns with the manager, she was not interested in the feedback.
I’d think twice before going here as you spend a 100$ on a massage but you don’t get its worth.

These guys give a great massage, one of the best I’ve had, the hot stones in particular was really nice. A little bit on the expensive side. The facial was okay, I didn’t enjoy it as much because I didn’t like the smells of the products that were used, but that’s just me. All in all, a great experience

I have been coming to Ratana for years and they are always wonderful. The massage rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. Every massage therapist I’ve ever had at Ratana has been very skilled, friendly and professional. The environment is so welcoming and they always offer you a cup of herbal tea before you leave. I went in for a 2 hour Thai and aromatherapy massage today and it was absolute bliss. They were also very diligent and careful in light of the COVID crisis, checking my temperature as I arrived and giving me a screening form to fill out before I left. A beautiful place that really cares about their clients. I couldn’t recommend Ratana more.

Minimal wait for my booking and friendly service, professional and intuitive masseuse. I had purchased a deal through Groupon for a 90 min massage. Came out completely blissed and relieved.

One small aspect, they charged an extra $10 when you get there is you want firm pressure. I was a little annoyed by this, as it counteracts the purchasing of the coupon.

Overall, good experience none the less!
