Absolutely disgusting. The room has black marks and dirt all over it, the towels didn’t smell clean, the room had nothing to make it relaxing. I had to keep asking the masseuse to be more gentle because he kept hurting me by digging his elbow into my rib cage. I paid $75 for an hour of head, neck, back and shoulder massage where he ended up touching my butt non stop and jiggling it as well as my legs and feet? I left feeling worse then what I came in and I hope no female ever has to experience the violation that me and my friend experienced today. It was painful it was unprofessional, it was not sanitary and I’m not sure if they even have any qualification. The guy massaging me looked about 15.

If I could give a 0 rating I would.

The lady masseuse is very unprofessional and terrible at her job. She doesn't care and it shows in the way she massages (or barely massages, she used her elbows the majority of the time).

I paid $99 for a 'deluxe' massage which was supposed to be 100 mins but I only got 90 mins. No timer was used.

I got hot stones put on my back without any warning - hot water was also spilt on my ear due to her negligence. When she put the cups on my back they were still wet and I had cold water dripping all over me. Her phone kept vibrating in her pocket which didn't make for a relaxing experience at all.

The room was cold and as other's have said, it was dirty, the towels weren't clean and you lay on a disposable sheet which is uncomfortable.

Will definitely not be going back here again and would NOT recommend it to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE ---- the rooms are dirty , the masseuse is untrained and or apathetic. IT IS NOT WORTH PAYING FOR THE LACK OF SERVICE HERE - my opinion is teh same as the other 1 star reviews here - I should of checked the reviews first but I was a "walk in off the street" so did not research this place

I went here once and that was enough for me. All I asked for was cupping and I got that with an hour massage that I didn’t ask for. He kept going in and out to serve people which is extremely unprofessional, there was no meditation music, the place smelt funny and the towels weren’t clean. Also the guy really creeped me out! Will never go back
