We used Range Event Hire for our wedding in March & we had a terrible experience. Firstly the rude customer service & no clear communication through the whole process, let alone when we asked questions. Then the furniture was certainly not up to par. Most of the furniture was damaged in one way or another, a lot of pieces are definitely due for replacement and not at all worth the price we paid to hire them. After all of this, we received an invoice for a missing cushion (picture attached) which was certainly not worth the $330 they tried to charge us for it, a slightly dented umbrella pole & 7 missing wine glasses, 4 of which were not actually missing. The only real communication we received from them was regarding this invoice. If you want good quality furniture & professional customer service do not use Range Event Hire.

The products we hired were great (marquee, plastic chairs, bar tables and bar stools) the guys were really quick with putting Marquee up which was awesome. The only fault i could say is that they didnt unpack any of the tables that had gladwrap & cardboard attached to it with alot of zip ties which was time consuming removing it.
