I took my mother away for her 70th birthday and from the moment we arrived Liz welcomed us like celebrities with wine and chocolates and made my mum feel so special. Thank you Liz for treating us so well. The food at the Thai restaurant on site was absolutely delicious and we could even bring the wine that was arranged for us from the room to our dinner that evening! Liz recommended such fabulous places to go and visit during our short stay. The rooms were very comfortable and I especially loved the spa bath and the exceptional view from our huge balcony. We will definitely be back again! Thank you once again Liz for making our trip such a memorable one!

The best resort we have ever stayed in Caloundra. Very accommodating staff, great facilities, everything you need. Great pool, outdoor spa, tennis courts, gym, spa in room, cheap kayak hire & e bike hire. The best location on Pumistone Passage & great Thai restaurant right there. Closest to paradise on earth!

The greeting we had from the guest services young lady was far beyound anything we had experienced in our travels. She was engaging and helped us make our holiday plans, so very helpful. The hotel itself was a bit dated and we had spider webs in our room, but they were comfortable and we had a delightful view. And we got a great deal for a 2bd apartment. The pool was lovely and it had a wonderful restaurant attached to the hotel, which guests for a discount.

A lovely place to stay. Restaurant was fantastic, Thai. The room had an ocean view to the beach across the road. Located near cafes and other restaurants. Friendly staff, clean rooms and clean facilities. I'd recommend staying here if you want a relaxing beach getaway

Well this was an experience - great location, room lovely and lovely welcome but to the woman who obviously owned her unit - you are a disgrace. This lady owned two dogs one a Labrador and she quite happily let the dog urinate on the synthetic grass. I did the wrong thing - I was unaware at the time of booking it was smoke free and I was having a cigarette- my second on the deck when I observed her and her dogs - I copped a mouthful from her about my smoking - remember I was outside- I knew I had done the wrong thing but I was on holiday - she lives here and is ok with small children and people walking over her dogs urination. The accommodation has a no pet policy for visitors!!! For $470 per night I would certainly not recommend it. Another guest cut his foot from glass in the pool. Instead of offering a free drink and a $100 gift voucher to sit through a presentation / how about using that money to maintain the premises and ensure your permanent residents are more welcoming of guests!! I reiterate I did the wrong thing smoking but wow where does health and hygiene factor in your accomodation - 4 stars for appearance one to zero stars for your permanent residents - would not stay again

Our room is dated especially the bathroom, you have to step into the Spa to shower which is very dangerous.
We both ended up with back aches due to the bed that has zero support.
No breakfast available
On site Parking is extremely limited , was not happy parking our brand new car in the off site parking area & even that too is extremely limited.
There should be an allocated parking spot on site for every room.

Very disappointed with my stay. The room was absolutely filthy. My feet were black!!! My one year old daughter, who is still in the crawling phase, had black knees and feet from playing for 5 minutes on the floors. I had to wipe my feet with a wet wipe before climbing into bed. The couch felt dirty with food and dust down the sides of the cushions. The spa bath had soap scum on the bath, I had to clean it before bathing my child. Also, we requested a portacot when booking and there wasn’t one in the room when we arrived so I asked the staff and they said they’d probably have one but maybe not with the holiday season. They brought up the first one and it was broken and then the second one came and it had no mattress. I tried to pad the cot with blankets but the one in the cupboard looked 100 years old and filthy so I had to pad the cot with beach towels. The air con rattled loudly and there were no screens on the doors so to keep my daughter safe, we always had to have the doors closed with air con. There was only one lift working so it took ages to get to the room and the underground carpark never had any parking available for our car so we had to park outside the hotel. This wouldn’t have been such an issue if my disabled father (double amputee) wasn’t with us, but what hotel doesn’t accomodate secured underground parking The photos of the pool on their website are deceiving!! Don’t be fooled, the pool is small and full of older residents doing their exercise. The only positives were that the room was spacious, had a nice view of the ocean and the hotel is in a good location. Won’t be coming back!

Stayed for my birthday and payed for deluxe 1 bedroom apartment ocean view ,but was disappointed with the view .Upon check in we realized the view of the car park and trees ,which certainly I didn’t want it for my special day (40th birthday). I called reception to ask for another room or upgrade ,but they didn’t accommodate us .

Eventually very rude staff and spiked my special day and we stuck with a street view of cars,looking over the top pool ,trees and car entrance with no ocean view .

Racist ,unfriendly and very very disappointed with overall stay .
