The location is fantastic, super short walk to a lovely beach (which is also a dog beach in the morning 😍) as well as shops and some great cafes. Short drive to supermarkets in Caloundra.
There is basement parking and everything is very secure (you need a key tag to get in and out of areas.
The pools are lovely and have lots of seating around, as well as BBQ's.
There is only one dishwashing detergent and one washing machine detergent packet, that being said our apartment had washing up liquid which was full.
The only downside was there was no tea towels or something to wipe the washed up items dry.

-Lacked even the most basic kitchenware (eg no can opener or potato masher).|-Bathrooms were filthy|(See photo of main bathroom attached with mould and scum all over tiles), ants crawling over walls, behind curtains not vacuumed in months.|Grubby old carpets. Lots of cockroaches.|-Only ONE sachet each of washing powder, dishwasher powder, body wash, one rubbish bag, one tea towel, little toilet paper etc provided for a week long booking for a family.|-something inside the apartment causing allergies for some of us. (Very itchy irritated eyes)|-not very toddler friendly (lots of stairs with no gates). Hard to access with strollers.|Good: Relaxing location. Stayed in 3bed 2bath apartment. Great ducted aircon.

Our stay at Raintrees Moffat Beach was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been better - just a short stroll away from both Moffat Beach and Dicky Beach, making it incredibly convenient for our beach outings. The pool was a highlight of our stay, with its inviting warmth and soothing spa, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The kids were overjoyed with the slide, providing endless hours of fun and excitement. Overall, the combination of comfort, convenience, and fantastic amenities made our holiday truly memorable. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Lovely spacious rooms, everything provided that is standard, amazing views and only a 5 minute walk to the beach, highly recommended for large family, staff are also very kind and welcoming. Will even provided baby portacot if needed. Will be back again for sure

Stayed here with family for a long weekend. What an amazing view from our rooms and the heated pool with the water slide was an absolute hit with the kids. Short walk to the beach and restaurants made this an amazing getaway. Really well priced and will definitely stay again.

We stayed here again this year.
The heated pool with a slide and nearby beach and playgrounds make it perfect for families.
The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped.
The NEW MANAGER is getting the Wifi sorted out, so speed will be much better next visit.
The new Manager and staff's helpfulness and passion for their job is making the place even better than it was last year.
The Pool was spotless, and the Gardens are looking wonderful
And!! there is no road between your room and the Beach.
With great restaurants just round the corner, we hardly even use the car while we are there.

Excellent accommodation in a quiet pocket of paradise. Bed was very comfortable apartment very clean. The apartment had everything you could want, even beach umberellas and pool toys. The kitchen had dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and all the utensils. It was great.

This resort is in an excellent location near to the beach and Moffatt shops and cafes. Good facilities being the main pool area and BBQ, handy parking underground and good wifi and TV service. I was a bit disappointed with the apartment being more run down than I expected, for the price tag and the 'deluxe' description I was expecting it to be a little better maintained. The wardrobes were very dusty and there was some hair on the bedding, there were extra pillows but with no pillowcases. The TV remote was not working properly so we couldn't turn the volume up at all. On my first day I bought coat hangers, hand soap and washing up liquid, these few basic items would only cost a few dollars but would make the difference if they were provided. Everything else was good, the staff were helpful and the beds were comfy, it was lovely to hear the sounds of the ocean.
