We really enjoyed our stay here 😁 we were upgraded to the top floor, corner apartment which had spectacular views of Rainbow Beach. Such a beautiful place to wake up to and quiet enough even though there's a large caravan park across the street. The apartment was large with a massive balcony with comfy seating outside. It had almost everything we needed from crockery to bath salts for the spa bath. Loved the quadruple glass sliding doors to let the sea breeze in the main living space. Comfortable recliner sofas and large eating space for hosting if required.
Underground, secure parking. Pool. Stairs or a lift. The only thing we could have asked for were more comfortable pillows, but it wasn't a biggy considering all the pros it had going for it. Great location that's close enough to walk to the Carlo Sandblow or the main strip for all meals. Would absolutely recommend staying for couples or families alike.

Great apartment, spectacular location and the staff were really friendly. The rooms were cosy and clean and kitchen was really well equipped. We stayed with family and had loads to do all 5 minute walking distance|Also the views are to die for|Will be booking again

This place is amazing. The location is one street away from the Main Street. We stayed in a three bedroom top floor apartment. The unit was beautiful and stocked well. Views from living area and balcony were amazing.

Beautiful place and great room. But if anything is wrong you’re on your own.

Our WiFi didn’t accept the password. But no one at the location to do anything. They left a phone number but it’s an answering service who said they would pass on the info and have someone call. They never called .
They left an email address but no one responded. When they responded it was to complain about my 15 emails and said that they don’t monitor the email account. Later they sent a message that the modem worked which is as useful as saying that the refrigerator works.

Absolutely LOVED my stay here, I've never been so relaxed. Room was clean and had everything needed, pool was lovely, close by to everything. I will be back.

Great location and view unfortunately the standard of the rooms is mid range the maintenance is lacking with the sliding door nearling falling out on to the tiled area just caught it if is warn and has been in poor condition for some time with tracks warn and metal filings present upper level bathroom plumbing leaks through the ceiling of bedroom dripping on to the bed and all ac units are in very poor condition.
All they need is a few days of maintenance and some dollars spent and these rooms would be 5 star.

Hope they address this as this is someone's investment

Would not recommend this place,came here for my wedding anniversary and was very disappointed, the room was not clean,windows had mould around them,aircon vents were mouldy, oven was dirty,range hood full of fat,toilet seat was painted,pull out pantry was rusty,walls marked everywhere, tv unit rusty and growing,tv was rusted on all connections, windows filthy, was offered another room but when I went to look at it,it was worse,it smelt really bad,was mouldy and dirty,I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy, they offered me $100 back out of $1200 ,very disgusted

Absolutely disgusting, mould everywhere filthy kitchen,filthy walls,painted toilet seat,rusty furniture definitely not 5 star penthouse, was very disappointed needs to be cleaned,was offered another room but it was just as bad if not worse,it smelt bad had mould everywhere, would not recommend this place to anyone
