Great experience overall, 6 months ago I had enquired to book the venue hire for my son’s 1st birthday but the date and time I wanted wasn’t available. After a few emails back and fourth Jody was kind enough to offer the Saturday morning as a private hire instead. I have visited in the past when it was open to the public and it can get quiet busy so closing the venue to the public especially on a Saturday was amazing for the little children attending. It created a not so overwhelming environment as it was only people we knew inside the venue. Having the decorations set up, pack down, catering, cupcakes and party bags all included made my life so much more easier on the day! Everyone that attended had nothing but positive comments from the play area, cleanliness, friendly/helpful staff to the great food, it was well worth every dollar spent. Thank you so much Jody and Amanda for making my life easier and hosting my son’s 1st birthday.

I hired out this venue for my daughter’s second birthday party and couldn’t recommend it enough! I love that it’s so young child friendly, everything is visible, nothing too big or dangerous for small children, the owners (I spoke mostly with Jody) and staff (we had Leilani there on the day helping set up) were fantastic to communicate with in the lead up. The whole thing was seamless and a hit with friends and family. Thank you guys so much ☺️

I can't recommend this place enough it is the most lovely venue to have your little one's birthday party or an elevated playdate/date morning. Onsite barista made coffee and a great selection of food to order as well as great variety platter options for adults and kids alike including the ability to cater to dietary restrictions.

We've been here a couple of times for friends kids parties and with a newborn we were short on time this year so opted for the full party package including catering, cupcakes and their decorating service.

Their cupcakes were so cute and importantly tasted amazing and we were just blown away by how amazing the decorations were including the little details like personalized cake toppers and stickers on party hats etc. Tracy, Jody and the team went above and beyond to ensure my daughter and her guests had the best 2nd birthday. You get so much more value for money and a better experience compared to the bigger play centres where you get rushed through.

We had my son’s birthday party here, and while it was okay, there were a few areas that could have been better. When we arrived, the staff seemed a bit unprepared and directed us to the wrong room for setup. After we started setting up, they came and told us we were supposed to be in a different room. This wasn’t a big issue for us, but it did cause some confusion.

My main disappointment was that the dietary requests for the children’s food weren’t followed, which was a little frustrating. However, the food that was served was nice and fresh, so that was a plus. It was also difficult to get assistance from staff throughout the party, though I understand it might have been a busy weekend for them. It would have been great to have a dedicated staff member to help with our event.

On the positive side, one of the owners kindly helped with setting up decorations and cleaning the room, which I really appreciated. The play centre was quite warm, I’m not sure if they had the air conditioner on but perhaps turning it down would be good. It also would have been helpful if a staff member gave us a time check to help keep the party on track, especially when you’re trying to juggle everything as a host. Instead, they turned off the jumping castle and dimmed the lights, which we took as our cue to wrap up.

Overall, for the price, it was okay, but with a few small improvements, it could be even better!

Celebrated our son's 5th birthday party here just last weekend and absolutely loved it. We hired the full venue and also booked for catering and decoration set-up and clean-up and so glad we did, it took the stress out of the day so we could enjoy it with family and friends 😊 Jody was so lovely and excellent at communicating throughout. Overall it was great value for money and the food was delicious 😋 being indoors also was definitely a plus and so glad it had air con too! Thank you Rainbow City 🌈

Absolutely fantastic experience at the play centre for my child's birthday party! Joan made the entire process seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensured that everything was taken care of for us, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy the celebration. The facility was clean, safe, and filled with fun age appropriate areas, that kept the kids entertained for 2 hours. The food was good and there were plenty of left overs with 10 kids at the party. Thank you, Joan and staff, for your exceptional service and for making my child's birthday party truly memorable!

Took my little ones here yesterday and honestly, it's pretty standard but gets the job done. The ball pit could use more frequent cleaning - saw some questionable stuff in there. Bit pricey for what you get ($25/kid) but the air conditioning is good and there's enough variety to keep them busy for 2-3 hours. Pro tip: bring your own socks, they charge $5 for pairs here!

Since the new owner, it’s my first time taking my kiddos here. You can see the significance improvement in cleanliness and the foods & beverages. Toilet is cleaner and paper towels are available in each bathroom. Nappy change table is also cleaner than before.
Now that I don’t have to worry too much for my super active toddler finding old and mouldy foods in the corners, this is a big deal for us as cleanliness is everything!
