The staff are so lovely here!
We had an ocean view room and saw whales from our balcony.
The rooms are a little dated, but perfect when travelling with family.
The apartments are so close to Snapper Rocks and little coffee shops. Will definitely stay again!

Great location, just one street from the beach but great views. We were on the 4th floor. Rooms were good but needs a bit more TLC. Shower didn't have anywhere to put shampoo etc, Also there was a exhaust fan that ran continuously 5am - 11pm. Wardrobe in 2nd room had no hangers or flyscreen on windows, so couldn't leave windows open of a night ?. Yes there is a lift and Sharon was really friendly and helpful ?

The apartment was great with everything we needed for our stay. The laundry facilities were a bonus. WiFi was good. 10 minute walk to the supermarkets at Tweed Heads, Coles Woolworths and Aldi. Nice pool area and a few minutes from a beautiful beach. Would definitely use again

Stayed here recently and had a great time. Staff were super friendly and willing to help, especially with a little one under one. Great vaule for money and in close walking distance to Coolangatta centre and nearby beaches. However, the room we stayed in we found out was outdated compared to others in the complex. And the fans, air-conditioning/filter, window seals, kitchen draws were dusty and dirty. The dryer wasn't working either as it would only cool the washing.
Had to clean it down and sundry when we stayed. A bit of inconvenience on that part, but otherwise a great stay.
The pool was great as too the spa and sauna. Worth the value being so close, but check the cleanliness before unpacking.

Enjoyed our stay here.Spacious well equipped room w full kitchen facilities Beautiful views in close proximity to Coolangattas cafes.
Walks nxt to beach w some good surf clubs nearby a bonus.
Enjoyed the hotel pool and spa too.
Shayne keeps the pool and surrounds immaculate too.
We'll be back and booking direct w hotel nxt time.

Great place to holiday with the family. Rooms are spacious with everything you need and a lovely view (2br ocean view). Great location where most things are within an easy walking distance. We'd happily recommend and stay again in the future.

We stayed 8 nights at this fabulous resort. The location is perfect overlooking Snapper Rocks and the great surf break. Our room was spacious and clean with fantastic views from our large north facing balcony. You are only a short walk to 3 beaches and some very nice cafes, restaurants and shops . The resort Managers Shane and Susan were lovely and very helpful. The weather was not in our favour this time so we will be back , come and stay here and support all the businesses in this area who have done it tough recently , they will appreciate it and you will have a wonderful holiday… Kel, Lisa and Sherree

We returned for our second stay this year, and again the fabulous Rainbow Bay Resort did not disappoint , the rooms are spacious with fantastic views. The resort is surrounded by beaches , walks and places to eat, very well situated . A big thank you to Shane and Susan , our flight home was cancelled and we had to find one more night’s accomodation and they both went above and beyond in helping us out and it was very much appreciated . Our next visit to the Gold Coast will definitely include another stay here again ! Kel, Kody and Sherree
