This unassuming motel is the perfect family friendly hotel which has self contained rooms stocked with spreads, coffees, teas etc. (good for when you're dealing with little ones and don't want to head out).

The manager is so so lovely and helpful. Honestly, she's so radiant and kind. She's catered to families as there's a play area up the back and her gardens feature lots of cute little items for little ones to sye and find. She provided extra towels for us when we explained that my little one had been unwell. Legend.

The location is good, not that far away from a park, the racecourse and a servo.

Lovely little budget motor inn beside a racecourse. The owners keep it just like a little country home. So sweet. Clean and tidy and in good upkeep.

Me and my partner stayed at this motel for 8 days. I was recovering from tooth surgery and this was the perfect place to relax in.
The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The housekeeping is making sure that the whole building is spotless clean. The laundry facilities are very good. But the absolute best part was Selena, the lady who runs the place.
She was so kind hearted, nice, welcoming, and helped us with every little thing we needed. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed.
I can’t recommend this place enough.

Us three stayed here on the 6th of April 2024 that was Dad, myself and my sister for a overnight stay.
The room was just average but the TV wasn't working properly but everything else was satisfactory.

My partner, myself and our children stayed here for 8 weeks, very clean rooms. Close to everything you need. The best motel in toowoomba. Selena is by far the best motel manager in this town. Without her and her help I don't know where we would be. A huge thank you to you Selena

We stayed here for the first time. The room was extremely spacious, dining table, kitchenette, double shower, lounge and bed. Guest Laundry also on top floor. Watching the racetrack opposite, from room 4 was a delight, I didn't think I would get, with horses running around. I would say book Room 4 if you can, as this seems to be the quiet room in the complex, right at the front. Street noise stopped and a quiet night then started in the morning again. Spotless presentation. For under $100 for the night. We had no problems at all.

We stayed overnight last night and cannot recommend Selena and this Motor Inn enough.

We were welcomed early in the morning and were accommodated with parking and room access early as had to attend an event, Selena could not have been more helpful.

The room was absolutely spotless, aircon was fantastic, the bed was comfortable and the towels soft, not to mention the Arnott's biscuits. 🤗

Thank you Selena, we will be seeing you again!
