My family and I had to stay at Quest North Sydney for a week as our house was undergoing renovations. Josh the franchise manager understood the situation and got us a room on a few hours notice. Our stay at the Quest North Sydney is always a lovely getaway. The rooms are clean, comfy and nice. In particular we are giving the reception staff a huge shout out that was rostered on (31/5) afternoon/night. Great with recommendations and just gave off such a nice and welcoming vibe. We can’t recommend this hotel enough.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Sydney. From the fabulous staff to the location close to metro, trains, Woolies Metro and all things city. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds, clean and serviced daily, kitchenette and seating area; small but great bathroom and a handy cafe downstairs for breakfast or coffee.

We got stuck in Sydney with our trains cancelled on a Saturday night with Vivid on. The lovely staff helped us get a great room with a cheap rate and also gave us other ideas to try and get home. Location is right near the metro and a nice coffee shop right underneath. We were so thankful for their help!

Wouldnt hesitate to stay at Quest North Sydney again for a short stay. Very close to the Metro and all facilties making it easy to get around. The cleanliness of the place was 10 out of 10. Great service.

Clean, calm, large well equipped rooms. Very kind and attentive staff.
The room are well insulated and the hotel is in a very convenient location with a lot of food options around.
Although there is no breakfast available at the hotel there is a cafe just next door on the ground floor.
I will surely consider this hotel next time I’m visiting Sydney
