I recently stayed at the Quest in Liverpool and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. I stayed at the Quest Liverpool for just over 3 weeks via Temporary Accomodation as at the time I was experiencing homelessness. The staff were absolutely amazing and well competent at there jobs. The room I was staying in was great, clean utensils and plates upon arrival.

Would highly recommend to anyone !!

This was my first time staying at Quest Liverpool, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was comfortable with a great layout. During our stay, we had an unfortunate experience with security.
I highly recommend not leaving any valuables in your room when you are not there, as we had electronics go missing.
We were able to track the location of these items, which showed movement between the hotel and what appears to be a private residence.
Disappointingly, hotel management has not taken any action on this matter and has ignored our requests for assistance.

I have stayed here before as the location is great and the general cleanliness of the hotel is above par. It could be a lot better as there are a few minor issues to sort out. For example the room smelled of very stale cigarette smoke, there were no lamps in the bedroom and the kitchen stove top was smashed on one side. Other than that I found the staff to be a lot friendlier than before and housekeeping done well.

Quest Liverpool offers great value for money. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for a longer stay. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the fitness centre, which was well-maintained. The only downside was the early check-out time of 10:00 AM, but other than that, everything was excellent. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Have been staying in Liverpool Quest for some 10 months now. Have had minimal problems. Room location request has been always provided. Gym is clean and well set out. Rooms are serviced daily - some services are better than others. Service should always check bathroom and kitchen for re-fills.
