Although the attendant was helpful we had issues with our door not locking,the carpet was grubby, curtains stained, windows rattled, couch sank into an uncomfortable dip, lights were too low to read, tea bags weren't added to on the second day and the after hours exit/ entry was not very workable. There was no real parking option.On the positive side, the bed was great, the linen and towels were excellent, we made use of the washing machine, it only leaked a little bit.

Very nice staff and it is clean and comfortable. Every time when we come back, we can feel very relaxed. Outside is cold but our place is warm and we can have very relaxing hot shower.There is free internet and there are many T V channels and movies to see. I can keep in touch with my family overseas. Kids and I can enjoy movies together. The location is very good. It is in the city and very convenient to take public transport or visit tourist information centre to join tours. There are lots of warehouses, department stores, shops, cafe or restaurants around. I recommend anyone to stay at Launceston Central Apartment Hotel.

Great location.

Close to shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

The apartment is nice, beds and pillows are not very comfortable.

I like the fact that the apartment is self contained.

You can cook your own food and you can do your laundry, without leaving your apartment.

Biggest setback are, you have to pay for the parking after 10am.

The fold out couch used in the lounge room as a couch is horrible to sit on and the big clock that strikes every hour on the hour outside the bedroom window.

🤔 Not a pleasant experience sadly. After booking 1 year in advance( holiday time) we hoped our room would be clean and have a view ( accommodation 5 levels). Our room was underneath, (dark dungeon style) swivel staircase downstairs, a view of people's legs from our window. Some kitchen items not clean, sticky floor in bathroom, tea towel and bathroom towel smelling dirty, noisy water pipes throughout the night and could hear a family yelling in the next room. One good thing the staff were nice. Not good value for money and never again. A busy time with international visitors and we felt a little under valued.

Stayed here for one night while on business trip. Was in Room 3B, just a warning that this room has a flight of stairs as it’s sort of based in a basement. The room is spacious and although a little old, is well maintained. The kitchen came in handy and I put it to good use. Cause the room is next to the street, there can be some outside noise but wasn’t too bad to be a disturbance. Bed was very comfortable so I slept well in the king bed. The location was ideal and close to some nice restaurants and cafes, and a quick 3 mins walk to the mall. The complimentary bottle of water came in handy.

Great staff, the cleanest room ever, generous sized and modern rooms, very comfortable bed, great location, parking is available in a carpark across the road. Great kitchenette, bathroom is generously sized. No complaints. Staff were very very helpful. Highly recommended.

Nothing like the advertising! Very disappointing room for a regular business traveler. Studio is advertised as "flooded with natural light", in reality the tiny window is above head height and located above a staircase offering no views and little to no natural light depending on the time of day, to the point that all the room lights had to be switched on all day. The roof angled down on a 45 degree angle creating a cramped space for anyone over 5 foot tall. Walls are scuffed and in poor condition. Ive stayed at hostels in better condition. Staff were friendly, but unable to move me to a different room despite offering to pay more

First time traveling with three month old baby. We booked a one bedroom and it was perfect for what we needed. Appliances were up to date, nice large bathroom with washer dryer in unit, and a laundry sink. The tub was helpful to bath baby.We found the parking situation really simple to get car in and out. Had a few late nights that we mentioned to desk and had no problems getting car in/out. Now that we have a family our travel needs have changed. Staying here made our first family trip a breeze.
