overall the stay was really great. staffs were really polite and helpful. daily cleaned so happy to stay again with you.||one suggestion, please number the car parking and allocate exact car parking when booking a car space. sometimes hard to find a car parking space if we are late and had to park on disability parking area.

The stay at Quest Kelvin Grove was fantastic. The amenities like in room entertainment, gym and car park facilities were top notch. Great access to public transport and supermarkets. Quiet and cozy rooms. Daily maintained. The stay was very comfortable

Staff very nice and helpful, could walk to bus stops and supermarket. Lots of restaurants close by. Studio apartment small but adequate (king bed converted to 2 singles) - no balcony.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Quest Kelvin Grove was so poor that I feel compelled to share it.

First, the one bright spot of my stay was Gabrielle. She was the only staff member who provided helpful, friendly, and professional service. Gabrielle went above and beyond to assist me with my concerns and was truly a pleasure to interact with. She’s the sole reason I’m not giving this stay a one-star review.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a disaster. Most of the other staff members I encountered were completely ignorant and unhelpful. It felt like they couldn’t care less about addressing issues or ensuring guest satisfaction. This level of indifference was frustrating and unprofessional.

The amenities promised during booking were misleading. Breakfast was supposed to be included but was not available at all, The room size was also much smaller than expected, which added to the overall discomfort of the stay.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at Quest Kelvin Grove. A hotel stay should be about more than just a place to sleep—it should involve customer service and honesty, both of which were sorely lacking, aside from Gabrielle.

Stayed here a night with my husband for a work trip. We were booked for a studio room but upon arrival we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom with study. Room was super spacious and seperate living room was great.

We had all the amenities we needed and the bed was super comfortable too.

Unfortunately there was a strong smell of bleach in the bathroom and even in the lifts. It was so strong it made us feel a little ill. I would highly suggest reviewing the cleaning products used as it can really make people sick.

Other than that we had a lovely stay and would stay here again if we are able to avoid the overwhelming cleaning products smell.

Stayed here for 10 days and overall it was good. Had issues connecting my laptop to the hotel WiFi. Ended up standing at the hotel front desk talking to tech support on the phone for over an hour. It would have been great to do this in the comfort of my room, but sadly the landline phone didn’t work. 👎🏿 (it was replaced the next day.) Appreciated the fantastic daily breakfast vouchers. Good housekeeping staff. 24 hour stack washers & dryer machines on the first floor were awesome. Kelly at the front desk was super nice. She even booked a taxi for us! Also wanted to say thanks to staff members Gabriella and Peter.

Facility was excellent, view although a free upgrade was pretty ordinary. Staff were great. Parking was a bit tight and expensive.
